We received the most amazing service from Noxolo. Thank you Nox!!! We placed an order, marked as external supplier and there were a few hiccups from the side of the supplier. Noxolo kept in contact, truly went the extra mile and made sure we were extremely satisfied. I will truly recommend Geewiz, good quality products, fast delivery and excellent customer service from Noxolo.

Please be aware when placing an online order!!!!
1 star given only so that I can review. On 29.12.21, hubby ordered a patio swing. Showing as in stock. Payment went through without a hitch. We were contacted on 30.12.21, told the stock unit was a customer return. We said we didn't want it but would look at another unit at the same price. That wasn't allowed. I understand and have no problem with that. We asked for a refund. Was told we would have it on Thursday. (Today is Friday) We saw another unit in stock and contacted them. Also a return. Confirmed we want a refund. No refund as yet. Tried calling the gent I have been dealing with, no answer so I called in, spoke to a lady at 16.05. I then found out about the redund times, 4 to 10 w/d. She said she would call me back. No call back. Called in a few minutes ago, to be told the lady has gone home. She didn't call me back, but did escalate this. My problem here is: A. No call back. B. No refund. C. Nobody can tell me when we might expect this refund. I'm sure that losing R1547 isn't a lot to some of you, but when you have saved up money to be able to purchase something and you are given the run around, well that's just not right. So, Leroy Merlin South Africa, if you have a job for me, it would be great. Your staff obviously earn enough that a measly amount like R1547 doesn't bother them.

Only send things with Aramex that you dont want the other person to actually receive...
Ordered from bidorbuy. All great. Sender sent parcel via Aramex. Aramex picked it up. As per website tracking, OVERNIGHT parcel arrived at depot 05.08.2021. Did not go out for delivery on 06.08.2021. No one knows why. Sent in 2 complaints on website. 06.08.2021, I got 1 e mail back stating deliveries to my area will commence again on 10.08.2021. 07.08.2021, I got a call from a lovely lady who promised my parcel will be here 10.08.2021, before 12. Well, still nothing. No sms, call, whatsapp, please call me from driver, nothing. No follow up from office. But wait, it gets better!!! My complaints have been closed, not resolved but they saw fit to close them anyway. Logged another complaint at 12.40. It is now 13.00. Still nothing. I suppose we just wait with heldbreath, crossed fingers, toes and legs and see?

Please be careful when ordering online from hifi corporation
Unfortunately I have to give 1 star to review. Ordered a desk. Delivered on 22.07.21. Invoice sent on 23.07.21. Opened desk on 23.07.21. Desk is damaged. Looks like it was dropped. Called the contact centre, held on for almost 15 minutes, eventually left a message requesting contact. Sent a contact request on their website. The chain of e mails started on 26.07.21. My request has apparently been sent to 'the relevant department to arrange for a collection'. There is no feedback, I dont know what to do to get a not broken desk.

Sell your Galaxy here quickly and I easily for a fair price
If you have every sold anything, you will understand the frustrations that usually come with it. Sell your Galaxy is so different!! I sent in the form yesterday morning. They sent am e mail stating their procedures. Their courier collected the phone about 2 hours later. They contacted me today and gave me a very good offer. I was told the payment run was at 4pm. The money was in my account. Just after 4pm. Thank you for the great service. It was wonderful to not have hundreds of people contacting me, lying to me and being pains:)
