Stay away from this company, they keep debiting your account even after you have settled them. They change payment dates and randomly debits, they do not update when you have settled them. Making you desperate 😭
Good day I bought a microwave from Homechoice a year ago, it hasn't been 12 months but it stopped working, I contacted them to come collect it for repairs they did that without hesitatation. Now it has been three months they are failing to bring it back. They always make empty promises to call me back they never do. Everytime I call, they promises to get back to me and they don't. I am now living without a microwave that I paid in full. The level of unprofessionalism in this store is disgusting. Stay away from Home choice
On the 11th of October 2022 I bought a new Telkom prepaid simcard which I recharged with R230. On the 14 I recharged it with R12 again both the days I never received credit. I have been communicating with Telkom with hopes of resolving this matter and all the efforts have been unsuccessful. I am receiving empty promises and empty promises of refunds. I don't recommend Telkom to anybody and truthfully I have received the worst service from them.
I bought data worth 1k on the mtn app and the payment method was the bank card. I received a confirmation email and the transaction number, however, my data was not uploaded since. I am not getting help from the so called service champions and on emails. I suppose I lost 1k over an incompetent service network. Mtn just scammed me a thousand rands and they are playing a blame game. Never buy data for large amounts on their app!
I am struggling to get clover to deliver products at my store. I have since placed an order with them and they don't pick my calls and I was informed that my invoice was misplaced.
I am receiving a horrible treatment from one of their reps named Job. Ever since I asked for an exchange of bread Albany hasn't been delivering bread to my shop, they pass it as if it doesn't exist and the other day I asked my cleaner to call them from a shop diagonal opposite to mine and they still didn't bother to deliver a bread. O would like to understand why are there double standards and this appealing behaviour from a business that is supposed to be professional and deliver bread toy store everyday
I am a new tenant at a store and I am receiving a very horrible experience with ATM solutions company. They paid in the rental fee into the previous tenant after waiting over a month for it. I am having to take care of the atms without any compensations, I am told that I should communicate with the previous tenant when they are the ones who are incompetent. When you apply for atms at your super market ensure that this doesn't happen to you!!!!
I have been going backwards and forwards with RCS and consumer friend. None wants to take responsibility. All I am asking is that they update on their records that I have paid and it should reflect on my ITC. I am stuck, cannot rent a place because of my status and it hurts as I dont owe anybody. The RCS group and Foschini needs to terminate their relationship with consumer friend as it's not helping.
I was under debt review, payed off my accounts both RCS and Foschini. But on itc still shows that I am owing these two, I'm not receiving help from consumer friend and it is making my life difficult.
Horrible service from debt busters, I have paid off my accounts. Everytime I phone to speak to a relationship manager she is always busy. I am struggling to get a clearance certificate. I have been paying when I call other creditors they say I am still owing. Do Not Sign up For debt review l. It's a trap. I repeat its a trap
