I bought a voucher via wiki deals, my wife called them for reservations for the 21st at 2pm which they confirmed we can come now they asked her to send POP and voucher number for booking which they struggled to open attached PDF now they giving us different times and slots. We have been calling since last week, send emails but only to be told today Saturday is out only have availability at 4pm or Sunday as if we don't have life's to live after contacting them since last week already.
My Sister has a funeral policy with them since 2022, she was sent an SMS last weekend stating she has 15 days to make payments as she missed her installment due to being sick and getting a UIF and not a salary. Now she passed away on the 4/1/2026 and we immediately called Monday 05/01/2026 to advise and found out the way forward and we were told to wait for 3-5 days for feedback and today we called again seeking feedback so we can adjust the premiums missed and we can submit the death documents so we can arrange the funeral only to be told now that the policy works on a month to month basis if you miss a premium is lapse immediately but the SMS received didn't advise that. 😡

Dstv has advise I switch off unplug reboot but still nothing and now I need to make a way to get this check never did they bother to call and assist as they can see nothing is working yet payment is expected monthly end
Good day I have three insurance with Admin and must say it has been a good all this time however recently my brother's phone was ****** at home in the room charging and we where told it's negligence and I sent my request to Complaints almost a month ago still haven't Heard anything. They sent an email stating they will give feedback by 31/10/2023 to the 01/11/2023 still now no one is saying anything and it's so unprofessional...... My experience in dealing with Bash has been quite unpleasant. I ordered 2 items from the website and completed the transaction successfully. On 25/05 I was informed of shortage of stock. I then requested for my funds to be returned and was informed by Lauren from the Bash Support Team of a 1-10 working day waiting period for the funds to reflect in my account, which I understood and accepted. The 10 working period ended on 9 June 2023, to date I have not yet been reimbursed and Lauren has not responded to any requests for updates.
