I have been querying my refund from these people since the 5th of Feb. Their contact numbers are not answered by humans. They have updated their WhatsApp number which does not even respond. They send apology emails instead of fixing the problem. They are very quick to hound you for their debit order even if its 1hr late yet they take an entire month + to refund and 0 communication. Do not order from these people.
If you are thinking about renting here DONT!! You can forget about having access to hot water let alone water itself and electricity. You can go up to a week with the bare necessities that youll be already paying for. This property does not have any back for its tenants whatsoever. I live at Ashanti Apartments in Ferreirasdorp. The amount of excuses we have heard from the building managers and security is all hogwash and infinite doesn't seem to be doing anything about it. My lease is coming to an end and in all honesty this is the reason why would not renew because you pay rent and don't receive a basic human need which is hot water. Having to boil water everyday is spilling over into my electricity and this is just not sustainable. Not to mention that it is freezing outside you'd think they would fix the issue more especially now. This place honestly doesn't care about the up keep of this building. I could mention many other things but the cold water is my biggest frustration!

Do not let a driver by the name of Kabasela to deliver your order. He is *********** and he is a *****. I ordered pizza last night and I never received it. I have never had a driver who cannot find my flat. I gave him clear instructions on how to get to my place as I do with the other drivers. This guy gave me the run around. He confirmed that he is at Block O after I told him block P. He then proceeded to ignore my messages and "left my order outside" UberEats has still not granted me my refund nor have they responded to my query. I choose this app almost on a daily and I must say last night's service was absolutely disgusting from the driver to the help chat.

This is the first time ordering through one cart and I have had an awful experience with a driver (Fortune Sibanda) who is rude and ***********. I clearly wrote dial 19 on the instruction when at the gate and he did not do that. From the time I ordered I was unable to track the drive however the app was saying the driver is on the way. My order had still not been delivered and load shedding is was going to hit in an hour. I would have never placed an order if I knew that I would receive my order after 11am. I called in at least 3 times, the first agent I spoke said he will call me back shortly which he didn't, the 2nd one cut my call and when I requested to speak to the manager with the 3rd agent I was told that all the managers were in a meeting (which is a call centre's tale). The agent then said Prudence would call me back which she didn't at all. I was then told that a refund was processed, this was not communicated to me instead I saw half of the amount I originally paid was in my one cart wallet. The agent then confirmed that it was an error and they will refund the correct amount and ended my call with a "sho". Again no one called to communicate that this would be done. I can safely say nothing will ever make me use this app again, it's an absolute nightmare from the drivers to the call centre staff! What an inconvenience for a platform that is supposed to create convenience.
Once again, my order was not delivered to me. Uber Eats drivers are *******!!! The driver did not attempt to call me on my cellphone to confirm delivery but instead he took a pick of my order on the floor and left with it. Then he confirmed my order as delivered. The drivers name is Weston in Port Elizabeth. Now I have to fight with Uber Eats to refund me, very inconsiderate communication channel and extremely slow service!!
The amount of time you wait for your order and the service is terrible and walmer park. Despite ordering online I still had to wait for 1hr + for my order. The waiters are very unhelpful, they don’t ask if you’ve been helped or update you on your order. Never again will I set foot in there.
I have been trying to get assistance with making an arrangement for my overdraft account and I have been sent from pillar to post. My call gets cut or I get transferred to a department that cannot assist. This is absolutely frustrating. Can someone please contact me today.

I am absolutely appalled at the service my husband and I received at the Debonairs in Midway Mews. We ordered a delivery at 19:30 at 20:57 our order had not arrived. Tracking was not available on the website and when we called the call centre there were no agents available to assist. This meant that we now had to drive from our house to Debonairs because the restaurant was going to close at 21:00. Which is an inconvenience in itself. When we arrived at the restaurant we were greeted by two cashiers who were absolutely clueless about our order. They did not even have the drivers number to contact him and find out his whereabouts. Upon waiting for a resolution the manager on duty abruptly told my husband to calm down as he was explaining to the cashier how long we have been waiting. She did not greet, she did not introduce herself as the manager she just approached us with rolling eyes saying that she refuses to assist us because she claims that my husband was shouting which he was not!!!! The manager went on to say that it’s not their fault that the delivery is delayed as they had ran out of mozzarella!! Meanwhile the cashiers confirmed that the driver who had our order had already left the restaurant a while ago with our order. The rude manager proceeded to walk away whilst to the back of the kitchen whilst we were talking and then she came back and argued with my husband saying “you guys act like you don’t work for people and you act like you don’t have problems at work” She went on to say “We should understand that they are experiencing issues at the moment as we would in our personal work spaces” The delivery guy arrived with our cold pizza the manager said because we had already paid for the pizza we would have to accept and leave because they are now closing. We requested a refund which she promised to process and we left the pizza. The woman you have put in the fore front of your business is an absolute disgrace to your business. She has no customer service skills, she spoke to us in the most unacceptable manner possible, Lord knows how she was put in that positing because from the word go she was full of attitude and she was shifting blame to the call centre. I have never experienced such disgusting poor service in all the years I have order from Debonairs…the experience as a whole was very unbelievable and absolutely disgusting.
