My brother made a mistake when booking my flight with Air Botswana he put my maiden name instead of my husband’s last name he ddnt know l had changed my Passport to use my new name ,However Air Botswana has refused to help me they said l should cancel the ticket and lose all my money..Tried telling them l can produce my marriage certificate and all but it’s falling on deaf ears …I’m really disappointed ☹️
I bought a perfume (white tea )on Superbalist trust me it’s so fake l lve always used white tea but with this one it’s like a bottle filled with water lm really disappointed.
Stay away from Travelstart please..Made a booking this afternoon money was deducted from my account and my booking was confirmed 5hrs later the money was reversed back to my account lm trying to reach out to Travelstart looks like they no longer have a call centre,their WhatsApp you never get a response..l really liked Travelstart but not anymore..
Really disappointed with the Dell monitor l bought from Makro worked only for 2weeks and screen went black took it back to Makro was told it was a physical damage so they can not replace it yet l never dd anything to this monitor however requested for them to fix and charge me was told dell monitors are not fixed but replaced really… lm really really disappointed been a Dell user for years this is not cool ..
I wish to complain about the Dell monitor l bought from Makro on the 27th of May 2021 ,which l did not even use for two weeks and the screen went blank ,l drove 100km to take back the monitor to Makrostore in Polokwane were l purchased the the monitor I am complaining because Makro told me the monitor has a physical damage and it is out of warranty one of the Makro representative called me on the 14th of June to inform me that they cannot replace or fix the monitor as the monitor has physical damage,l clearly told him the monitor was not physically damaged but it just went blank but lm willing to pay if they can fix it for me as l really need to use the monitor,he said he will get back to me of which he never did. On the 24th of June my husband went to collect the monitor and your Makro representative even lied on his face that they communicated with me he then however requested to see the response from the technician who assessed the monitor and one of the response from him was that the monitor can not be replaced or fixed as it does not have all accessories but when l left the monitor at your store l was told to go back with the accessories. I believe that this response is unfair because 1) l did not physically damage this monitor 2) l waited for a whole month only to be told that nothing can be done to my monitor This is really disappointing..
Bought Vitromax pots on the 20th of November from Home Etc online ,l just called to check when my order will be delivered the lady was so rude and told me the order ddnt get thru yet the money was deducted from my account and l got a message from them that order was successful..Home Etc is this how you run your online store??
