I bought 27/04/2025 electricity, everything wet good but i am still waiting a day later for it. Transaction was successful but the other is pending. this can not be a supers hop since this is now the second time it happened.
I am currently traveling from Lagoon beacj to Civic centre the fees for mover peak is R33.00 and on the saver it is R28.50, however the distance on map on gps is +-10km it shold be R11.50 and R10.50 i am paying the fee basically for the distance of 50 - 60km. this is all based on your website. why am i paying so much.
This is now the 2nd time mtn unsubsctibe me from yello rewards loosing all my bucks. Is this a way you can not use the rewards
On 06/03/2025 in the morning i went to the HI store in Canal Walk. they have devices on display that does not switch on and tell me things they dont know on the 07/03/2025 i went there at night and had the same to hear. i asked questions and was told that it stay on display for they will get new stock. they said that another store does have the product when i arrived at the other store the package was opened so it was not for sale. I went back to the HI store and asked them to take my name if the order com then the story changed to "there will be no stock because there will be a new model. It seem that these personnel are not well trained and look for excuses i think they can learn by HI WATERFRONT.
On 08/03/2025 at 14H08 with order 3228 at Milnerton Mc Donalds i first had a problem with sign in and to buy deals. when i asked i was told that it was offline and i will not receive any points. this is unacceptable. So i ordered at machine and paid at counter. hen i waited for almost 20 minutes .... when it was displayed that i must come get the order, i went and still nothing i waited a further 10 minutes for it. I know this is a time thing to make the shop look good, but dont play with us
Worst Service EVER, When i bought items on Sunday night from TKEALOT delivery was for 6 Dec and AMAZON on the 3rd. Amazon delivered the 2nd. when i looked where is my TAKEALOT delivery i noted that it was not even shipped and scheduled for delivery on Monday 9th. There is also no easy way of contacting TAKEALOT. I think this will be the last takealot will see me because poor service and very high prices
Do not buy groceries for tis is my second time and they always half items not available. 2 items i did not get and waited very long the day has ended and still not receive the full order. the consultants on the avo app is not professional. Please get something else if one chart does not do it for you. it is a disgrace to pay for items and you do not get it. then if there is a refund you wait days for the funds return where when you pay it is directly out.
Every day i have problems with the 5g, so you said i must use the 4g, now there is no 5g and a congested 4g. why can rain not fix the connection problem. they know the networks problem and is only interested in the funds that they get and don't worry about the poor service
I am trying to recover my account for the email address has changed and i get no luck with them.
The Kiosk at various PNP in Cape Town not working. the closest to me is in Loxton road PNP Centrepoint. this machine is now off for months. this is poor servicing of Kiosks.
