Terrible bunch of ****s, there has been no lights for 6 days and when you call them they hang up on you... when you finally get through to someone they just lie to you... I got told technicians are working on the substations I literally drove to each and to my surprize nobody there that's how hard at work they are... but all surrounding areas now have electricity while we sit without lights and city power does nothing but lie about what they doing. I took pictures and videos which I will be posting on every social platform because when you miss a payment they remind you daily until you pat and they waste no time in cutting your service... the only things they fast with is taking money and cutting service but when it comes to restoring a service weeks upon weeks
I recently went into sterns crestato purchasing 2 wedding rings, male and female via lay buy. 1st purchasing female one and then purchasing the male ring, when capturing the details it was incorrectly captured both times with the incorrect price on both rings. When returning to have it corrected I was advised that the contract has already been created and I must pay the full amount for both rings and only then can they assist with a refund, this has now affected my entire wedding planning and possibly have to delay the ceremony... I did not make a mistake but now have to suffer because details could not be captured correctly.
This is a bank that i have banked with all my life from the age of 16 not once have i thought about changing banks but this time around i am seriously considering it, I deposited cash into my account on the 29th Nov and during the process the atm restarted and all i received was a slip stating that the transaction had failed, i went back to the branch with the slip and logged a claim the people at the branch helped me and advised i would have to wait 48 hours for investigations to be done and money to be refunded into my account. On the 3rd Dec i went back to the branch to get an update and was told they couldn't confirm the amount and will have to do a physical cash check to confirm and then relog the claim and i would be paid the next day... after doing that i received a message via the fnb app to say the amount will be refunded within 8 business hours. it is now 5th Dec 14:48 and still i have not been refunded i went back to the branch and they were unable to help me due to not having any electricity, i called the head office at bank city and was told that i must just wait and if i do not receive the refund i must just go back to the branch and check with them... im not happy with the service because it was confirmed that the atm was physically checked and confirmed that the amount was in the machine... why not just call me and tell me to come fetch the cash rather than give me the run around like this for my own money... i get charged crazy bank fees and yet i am still loyal but this might be the turning point for me to move to another bank. Its festive and cash is needed beyond the need to live and get to work and now im stuck at their mercy waiting for my own money to be returned to me.
If i could give half a star or no stars i would, they have the worst customer support i have ever dealt with. I ordered fibre through web africa and got told even though their website clearly shows the area and address as covered for fibre that the package i took is not available, i then selected a new package few days pass and then i get told that there is an active line and it needs to be cancelled ticket gets logged a few more days pass and then i get told awaiting feedback for ticket 5 weeks later still awaiting feedback for logged ticket. I had to find out who the previous tenant was and who they had their fibre with because webafrica couldn't after provided all the information to their agents they still log the ticket incorrectly so i will now be getting word out that web africa is a **** i dont even have the service yet and ive already had 5 weeks of terrible service whereby i had to find the information that they should have already had, i had to constantly contact them for updates but they were extremely quick to debit me and take for ever to refund me. Agents are full of **** and not helpful and are ****y and act surprised when i start giving them the information that they claim to have found while INVESTIGATING... they couldn't investigate wet **** in a bag if it was given to them with instructions. So for anyone taking the time to research them rather take the time to go directly to an ISP phone them and get all the information you can because webafrica is a **** with alot of youtube ads they are beyond useless and all they can tell you is they are waiting for feedback.
Slow service, the ladies working here have fat conversations which slows down production more... and to top it off you stand infront of them waiting to order something and they ignore you I mean I'm a 130kg 1.92m tall guy I know you see me... terrible service 1st and last not even the free smoothie through virgin active is worth this treatment... you can't set up in a gym and then slack on the service shape up or ship out
Once again ordered a meal once again staff messed it up... so going forward I don't care how it makes the staff feel I will open everything I ordered then and there... I had to drive all the way back and the staff is so chilled about it like oh we messed up will make another the place was not full how hard is it to put patties on a bun and throw cheese on it... the order is digital in their face they have to prepare it before they clear it how does it still get messed up and it's just an acceptable thing.
No regard for the food served put together very poorly like it was just thrown in the box... I would understand if the place was full but there was only 2 cars in the drive through one being myself... not only was service slow, they packed my stuff and instead of advising the car infront to park and wait they let them sit in the drive through as my food sat by the window getting cold... finally given my stuff staff doesn't acknowledge their faults they just carry on with life
I have experienced plenty of bad service before but nothing like this, I never get any feedback from them and have to phone and hold for extended periods of time or get bounced around between departments just for the agent to hang up while I speak and this is just on an order for their fiber service and this all indicates to very if not extremely bad service if I ever get the fiber installed. Decided to quit while I am ahead, very poor customer care service trained animals would be able to do a better job I hate to paint everyone with the same paintbrush as there are some good people working there who will go the extra mile to assist you but overall my experience with this company has been nothing but frustrating and a large bill from my cell phone provider. Do not offer a service if you do not have the man power or trained staff to handle the load nothing but disappointment from them, just close down and give other companies that will do what is needed for customer satisfaction or at least hire qualified staff that know enough to assist and not just hang up because calls are directed to multiple people within the call center.
Today I have seen why we have yet another wave of covid 19 and yet another lockdown, due to negligence and I witnessed it first hand... going to steers comaro crossing I saw a break down in covid regulations... no temperature was been taken and food was being prepared without gloves and one of the ladies had no mask all while preparing large amount of orders... infront of patrons without a care. And when questioned about why they were not following regulations and wearing gloves workers ignored us and continued preparing orders... I saw them handling various food items without gloves and sanitizing their hands and continuing with preparations... not drying their hands after using large amounts of sanitizer thus putting it on the food... besides the high covid numbers this is definitely a health risk a heath inspector or someone of authority needs to go to this place and see their inner workings... especially since they are preparing the stuff infront of 20+ patrons and ignoring their pleads to follow covid regulations.
so after the lockdown mcdonalds finally opened up again but unfortunately avonwood mcdees remained closed forcing me to go to n1 city mcdees which I did until finally avonwood mcdees finally opened its doors no longer did I need to drive so far for a burger happy days... sadly with mcdees constant stuff up of drive thru orders leading to checking and double checking orders before driving off which I done and rejoice all was in order nuggets present all sauces chips correct burger with the tomato removed and my milkshake didn't taste like just blended ice cream this was great until I got home and bit into my burger... my mcfeast deluxe burger was still alive 2 very raw patties on the burger this was a new level of ****ty service so anyone that reads this stay away from McDonald's avonwood although we all have missed fast food I don't need my patties mooing at me while I'm trying to eat was terrible after lockdown for so long and still either messing up orders or no they just don't even cook it anymore il never be going there again and il tell everyone that asks me about it il rather drive out of my way and go to n1 city mcdees because they take the time to cook your food and make sure everything you ordered you get
