I woke up to a debit order that I didn't think will go through as the sale was not completed, because I ended up not signing the documents that were required to complete the sale, and I went ahead and contacted the sales agent which was not helpful he said I should see the policy documents if I want a refund, I want a refund and for the policy to be canceled ASAP because to me this is ***** I am not happy
So about 2 or 3 months ago my Dad bought a Samsung A06 at Ackermans Dwarsloop mall, the phone started acting up as he says that upon purchasing it he was told that there is a 12 month. Warranty should the phone give him problems and they didn't real give him factual information about what does it mean in terms of 12 Month warranty and what it really covers, he started experiencing problems with the phone and it was taken in for repairs it got book he even got a confirmation sms that the phone is booked for repairs only to later receive an sms stating that the phone will not be attended to because he dropped it, however the phone doesn't even have a single scratch to it, I went to dwaarsloop ackermams yesterday and spoke to the manager Meketsi who was refusing to give me his full name which I believe might be because of Popi act however here is my take, they didn't explain to My father what does the 12 month warranty cover which I'd like to believe that my dad is not the 1st client to be mislead, they Lack customer etiquette and TCF, Meketsi the manager refused to give me the proper email adress and contact number of the Area sales manager because I feel they know what they did to the phone he didn't assit me the only thing tangible he said was that the people who are supposed to be fixing the phone are lazy, my Dad doesn't have a phone as we speak can there be a way forward regarding the phone being fixed because why was it booked for repairs and then later canceled we need answers
I'd like to pass my utmost gratitude to the claims department at two mountain for the exceptional service they offered during our time of bearevement, claim was fully paid in as much as there were a few hiccups here and there the SLA and Turn around time was honored for that I am grateful for Gloria and Tony who were assisting me
Yesterday I bought Bread at Shoprite Acornhoek mall, the brand was Sasko, the bread was rotten I am really dissapointed and disgusted as the bread is supposed to be expiring on the 22nd yet it was already rotten

Gems is a *******, my mother has been with Gems for more than 10 years and In those years she has never been admitted to hospital, she only gets her high blood pressure medicine, however last week she got sick which resulted in us taking her to the hospital, however to our suprise, Gems only paid 1200 from the hospital bill, I'm talking about a pensioner who has never even missed a single month of not paying however They rejected the hospital claim and no communication was sent to us, we only saw the hospital email stating that Gems didn't pay the full amount, Gems is this how you treat your clients, I find it very disturbing and it looks like the medical aid is a *******
Utterly dissaponted by the Game store at acornhoek mall, which refused for us to take the small trolley to the parking lot we have to use only the trolley without the basket and some of the groceries got spoiled the security guard was just so rude even after we asked him nicely if we can just use it we will bring it back, I mean I had bought their combo special of Flour, maize meal and Rice and other fragile things that eventually fell

I took a loan from Fasta in October only to be retrenched from work in November and I sent all the required documents to them to show I won't be able to pay for the loan, according to my understanding if 1 person gets retrenched, they can assit and it was the 1st time I took a loan the other ones I've paid The protection plan cover is a lie because now they keep on calling nonstop and I am unemployed adding on to what I'm currently facing, there's no proper communication or email
