I was at Game Fleurdal Bloemfontein. I was assisted by Shanise Reddy. Was was not customer Freddy and rude. She has bad manners and does not care about customers. She does not belong at Game store. She has a stinking attitude. Instead of telling us that my wife should update her details on TV license, she just told us she's not gonna assist us until we were told by a lovely lady by the surname of Lebeko that we need to update with TV license. It was not the first time buying a TV at game with the same TV license. It really amazed us. But that Shanise Reddy is gonna make game loose loyal customers. I believe Makro will give us much better customer experience that that useless customer Shanise Reddy at Game Fleauredal.
Disappointed with the quality of the food and supervisor. Placed an order, Bucket for one. It was black in color for meat and looked rotten. When I returned the order because I lost appetite. KEAMOGETSWE the supervisor was rude at me as if it was my fault when I told her I want my money back. Bad service and poor quality food from KFC. It's not the first time returning an order because of poor quality!!!!
I'm very much disappointed with Honor and MTN as they promised to give a R500 pick n pay voucher when I bought a Honor device with MTN They first said it will take 5-7 working days. Then 3 days back they said I should give it another 2 days. It has passed 3 again. When I go to the store they tell me that they're are not the ones dealing with it Honor Vouchers. This is misleading from the company. False advertising. Or maybe they already took the voucher to them self's!!!!!

This is the last sms I got. "Dear Cell C customer, please receive feedback for case no. 1081400265 Please note that the only outstanding amount is R 70. As per August invoice, there is no amount due for your contract. Should there be any inquiry, please send us an email to sm@cellc.co.za. Regards, Cell C" They told me they will debit the R70 but never. It seems like they want interest. F*cken lazy and useless company.. Well done for achieving another bad review on all the social media platforms that I can reach and Hellopeter. Lastly Thanks to Valencia Mpe for the good service. She's too great to be working at Cell that stupid company
I took a contract with Cell C that was suppose to end July. I gave them a notice and the promised to cancel. They told me that the contract will end 1st of August due to I gave them notice in july and they told me that they'll do a debit order for the pinnacle 2GB that I'll get.. I called them today and Lerato the lady I spoke on their retention side told me that Cell C only gave me the 500MB night time data and Sms. And she also told told me that their still going to deduct next month on the 1st. Cell C should not rob us because of their financial situation. I'm gonna ask ask for advice from the Ombudsman on how to handle this matter. Stupid and useless company!!!! Just because Cell C is struggling financially their putting us on the same boat. Stupid company with their stupid slow network.
I had a loan with Wonga before and they debited they're money. Now they debited my money again where else I settled the loan. That's so low of them. They are fraudsters. I'm unhappy and going to the Ombudsman to settle this.
Ned bank failed me once again and this is not the first time it does this, I'm not sure if it's their stupid system or employees online.. I bought electricity on the Nedbank App Sunday. I haven't got my electricity even today as I write this review and yesterday I spoke to an agend on the very same stupid App who told me I should dial *120*001# with my own flipping airtime. I need the electricity asap. This is the 3rd time Nedbank disappointed me. I hate this stupid bank... I have a 3 months baby who need formula at night which I could provide Sunday cause I couldn't boil water.. I hate this bank and I've been a loyal member almost my life.. Go to the nearest hell Nedbank Loyalty won't buy you happiness No wonder why people I know left Nedbank for Capitec Bank.
I've been with betway for a long time and I wasn't struggling with withdrawals but now it's a big issue I transferred R2250 into my betway account now when I have to withdraw they want bank statement which I sent but still I can't f#cken withdraw my own money. Bull**** betway nxe
I have never been treated so badly by any employee at that branch(Nedbank Rockland kenworth Bloemfontein) except Pulane Motsiri she has a bad, stinking attitude towards customers . I'm a loyal customer at Nedbank and I have been a customer for almost half of years. She is not fit for Customer care and enquiries. I'm so glad this is my last month at Nedbank.. I hope she'll be happy that Nedbank lost one of their loyal customer.
