Am not happy with my assessor CARL, got a claim right now. My cousin brother was involved in an accident with my car. The assessor came interviewed him at my place. After they came from the accident scene he now told my cousin that he wants to ask my neighbors. He went on to knock off which that really tarnish my name with my neighbors am not ok with that. Thirdly he went inside his phone demanding to see his uber app. Its like he's looking something to tarnish my name.
My contact sim was suspended i was owing R2400 I made a payment towards the outstanding but to my surprise they didnt open my network. Called back it was not opened because there was a order open but it was not closed so they gave me a case number BO0055610 saying in 48hrs it will be done that was now on Friday 27 june. Then after the 48hrs wen i send a email following up they just closed the case without solving the issue. Today its Wednesday 2June still my network is suspended. What a disappointment from the mtn support team
On 11 Feb I made a purchased via my virtual card it declined but took money from my account I then used my physical card it went through. Called the help desk I was told there was a problem with virtual cards and the funds will be returned in 72hours. It was not returned. I called after a week I was told to email the card division they rep**** only once asking for the account number, it's been 3weeks now since the last email no help from FNB. My money never came back and no help from the brunch nor the online help desk. The whole R3500
I must say the sales guy at Jbg South brunch is the worst. Stefan Myburgh waa our sales person. Customer service i rate him ZERO, HE'S BEEY RUDE. Bought a vehicle on auction a Nissan nv350. The description said the vehicle is petrol, when we went to collect the vehicle it had a diesel engine. We refused to take the vehicle like that. The sales person kept on insisting that the car was originally diesel until we called Nissan to confirm. The vehicle was a petrol but was modified to diesel. To make matters work the vehicle didn't want to drive. We told him to cancel the sales and refund the money. No Stefan told us he's busy he's not going to do it. I recorded him all the calls I had with him. The money was supposed to take just 5days to be refunded but Stefan was busy to process a refund that doesn't even take 10min to do. Now sitting on day 10 with no refund.
The worst bank ever. I made a payment to my husband's account wanting to send money home. Hello Paisa put his account on hold requesting that I send the documents and pops that the money was from me and it's purpose. It's been over 4days now we've send the documents they requested now they don't respond and still don't answer their calls to unhold the account. That money is needed to cover hospital bills and if anything happens am going to sue hello paisa. If it was ***** why don't they answer calls and explain.

Got 2 vehicles under business on dial direct. One was in an accident on the 14th of June due to the floods, since the 14th of June till date they still waiting for the assessment report. Now makes me wonder if am at the right insurance or not. Imagine the vehicle is not in us for 25days and counting. Now even thinking of moving my other vehicle to a better insurance. Can't have a business vehicle.parked for 25days and thereof without even a solution or outcome. Very Disappointing

Two weeks for miway to give me a proper feedback. I don't think I will continue with them after this claim. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They give good quotes but when it comes to payout/fixing your car they are a problem. They don't care, I had to do the follow up on my own when I took the car for assessment.
My money just disappeared from my account. There is no explanation whatsoever from nedbank to then everything is making sense. The was a payment of 600 that was done to my axis from standard bank account holder, before that 600 i had a balance of 444 in my account. When the 600 came through today i was surprised to see my balance was now 290. Why i called the bank to enquire, their response was to give me a statement with the purchases i did and yes those transactions already went out of my account its not like i have an overdraft that they would say it was being covered. Yes the transactions dont clear same day but that money will alredy be out of my account meaning its no longer mine. So why did they take this r800 thats the difference when i calculate and even check on my smses. Am i now being charged twice???
