I placed an online order on the 17 November, to date the order has not been fulfilled, their customer service sucks. Their support team doesn’t tell customers the truth, one said my order was dispatched already , the following the other said it will be dispatched in a few days. It has been almost 7 weeks and I just want my money back. Order 12723
I submitted a claim for a funeral cover on the 10th of July. 21st Centry Life says that Hollard are the underwriter and are delaying the claim. It’s been sent over a month since then, kindly pay my claim or refund my premiums. I’m tired of being sent from pillar to post.

More than 10 days later assupol hasn't paid death claim ref 203610. The worst insurer ever, online claim portal is not monitored, call centre takes forever to answer calls
This couriers need to address its driver behaviour as it is really tarnishing the image of the company. The update on the tracking link are inaccurate, drivers claim to have call client when they have never done so . Drivers drive around with parcel to only return them back to the bays at the end of the shift while the parcel is urgently required

I collected order #4223291 at their pick up point and discovered that 2 items were missing. I have emailed their support email and requested for assistance at the Lyndhurst pick up point and to date my query is not being resolved. They said they were investigating, yet I’m not getting any concrete feedback. All I want is for missing items to be delivered or my refund to be processed

Horrible customer service from vodacom. Still debits money from my account 3 months after the end of my contract. To date my query ref 1-34985988764024 is not being sorted, they customer service is bad.
