⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing service from Sasko Olifantsfontein deliveries I am extremely disappointed with the ongoing unprofessional behavior of Sasko’s delivery team, particularly Tshepo and the driver of vehicle KD 68 KR GP. Deliveries to my shop at 199 Dalinjebo Street, Gqagqa, have been stressful and unpleasant on multiple occasions. On 24 May 2025, they arrived late without communication and were openly disrespectful to my staff, raising their voices and complaining that they were in a rush. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. I even had to buy bread from another Sasko branch just to keep my customers happy. What’s worse is that on the morning of 26 May 2025, the same team drove past our shop laughing, which felt deliberately disrespectful after the issues we raised. I’ve also previously been threatened with discontinued deliveries, which is unacceptable coming from a supplier of Sasko’s reputation. I hope Sasko management takes this seriously and addresses the problem. Customers deserve better.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response to my emails. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive any feedback regarding my request. When I call, I am told that your team monitors emails, yet no one responds, leaving me without the necessary assistance. This lack of communication is frustrating and unprofessional, especially when dealing with important financial matters. I urge you to address this issue immediately and provide a resolution to my query. Please improve your response time, as delays like this negatively impact your customers. I expect a prompt reply to this email.
Chicken licken Benoni south - 011 749 3209 I went in on the 23rd Feb 2024 at 13:40 to buy Lunch meal my order number #3071. I ordered and proceeded to the next window to pay while was in phone call I stopped about 5 to 10 second taking out my purse so that I can pay. Sweetness Mashiane said Go to the packing lot you will come back, I looked behind not even one car was behind me that I was delaying someone. She immediately closed the window that I must go, I took off my card paid and she shouted that she works with time and harshly close the window, PLEASE @CHICKEN LICKEN TRAIN THE STAFF HOW TO HANDLE CUSTOMERS. I WAS REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH HOW SWENESS TREATED ME TODAY.
I was extremely disappointed today by the behavior of the security personnel at shopping centre. I spent almost an hour purchasing my groceries with my younger brother. When I went out about to load my groceries the security guy approached and said Uber vehicle do not do pick up in the shopping centre just because he saw me driving Toyota Corolla. He called back up because I got ****ed off by his approach his back up instead of listening to both our stories they ask my younger brother where is his Uber trip going to. I asked them to search our phones or even go check the footage when I went in the shop but because they realized they made mistake by assuming that I am Uber driver they kept on fighting with me by exchanging words. Worst part a white guy which I believe is their manager came listened to the issue never said a word to me. 21-12-2023
We have requested quotation for brakes on the 18/05/23 (Rami) without even checking the vehicle quoted us R5 580.01. we realized the price was insane we took the vehicle to supa quick at Kyalami they checked the brakes on the vehicle and they Quoted us R1600. we have been using Tyremart wood-mead service for very long time we are very disappointed with the recent service.
I had sim & data contract with cell which at some stage i struggled to pay okay i was reported to credit collectors SSDA, fortunately i managed to pay up my credit 2021 August/September i was promised by SSDA to receive my paid up letter on the 31st November 2021 till date i am still waiting. i call both cell c and SSDA weekly to follow up all they tell me they waiting for the letter from cell c of which i don't understand if is being manufactured or what. @cell c this is off your standard i am not surprised with SSDA everyone complain you will get their attention when they collect after that you will never reach them. this is so ridiculous
Dear Huawei Melrose arch I am writing this review to bring to your attention that I am really disappointed about your quality of service received at Melrose arch store on the 26 April 2021, I was very upset with the attitude given by staff members Thuso and the other lady who did not tell their name. trust me this attitude and behaviour is of your standard. I received an SMS on the 24 April 2021 that I must collect my phone that was booked for service. on the SMS it was only stated that I must bring along receipt of repair of which I did and when I get there Thuso requested drivers license and ID of which I was not required to bring, it was very disappointing because the guy didn't communicate with me politely which shows they lack customer service skill, I had to driver extra 60km to fetch my ID which I was not asked to bring at first place. when I return to the store with same attitude Thuso asked if I brought the documents he required as if he was ready to send me back again. I am very disappointed with Huawei trust me the service I received is off your standard. unfortunately the lady I communicated with via emails when I did payment Bonnie Ncube I was told I am not allowed to see her at store.
@Amakhosi fam we really appreciate your partnership with @toyota sa as this benefit us as customers as well, since 2019/20 absa prem have started i didnt miss any game at fnb as @toyota makes sure to look after our property we watch games with no fear and happy with the spirit the boys bring in game to game we really appreciate your partnership and looking forward to support the team. we will meet again on our next stop 28/09/2019 when we meet Baroka Fc we love you khosination we appreciate you @toyota sa.
i dont really know why do we have to complain to be listen or get assistance, i am current doing my last semester, all i hear from the school is that i must pay money no advise no assistance no guidance i get regard my outstanding module, i mean how will i keep on paying money for something i dont even see or know where i am or going to. i am really fed up with service of rose-bank college
