My husband has been struggling to get a refund, I called and spoke to someone and as soon as I mentioned a refund my call was put down. Trying to get through to them is impossible and they do not respond to any of our mails. The worst I have ever dealt with.
They are quick to respond which is awesome when you are in urgent need of help
This is the worst debt review company ever, i have been having issues with one of my creditors contacting me and even cancelling my debt review. I have called a million times and no one ever gets back to me. I am so stressed and frustrated at the non communication. No customer service at all, so i am considering switching to another debt counsellor:(
I am very frustrated with the non communication from Debtline, ever since joining last year April i have been battling to get answers on anything. Now i am getting mails and messages from Absa saying that my debt review has been cancelled as i have defaulted on payment. This is the second time that this is happening and i am afraid of losing my car:( am not happy at all.
I get debited R5200 on the 25th then on the 31st they deducted R2700 for interest and R670 for insurance from the card balance. When i called to enquire i could not even be given a proper explanation. I have never ever seen this type of billing before and regret getting this card with them and should have gone to reputable banks who only bill you once:( At this rate am never ever going to finish paying this card.

The worst i have ever had to deal with, they do not care about customer service at all. No response to mails,just plain ignoring my request to be sent statements. Totally unacceptable how they treat clients.
Struggling to get my money back after Spree has been debiting my account from August. I have called and sent countless messages but am not getting concrete confirmation as to when i will get the money back. This is fraud and no one seems to care and i was told that the finance team will look into it and that they are overloaded with queries which is not my problem. Its unbelievable how a customer can be treated like this.
The worst bank i have ever been with, no help to get a refund from Spree who have been debiting me from last year. I would not recommend it to anyone. I accidentally clicked on the recurring payments and did not receive notification when this unauthorised stop order started. When i ask them how is it that money is coming off my account without getting notification i was told that there are no notifications for stop orders. Totally hopeless.
