My husband and I are loyal customers of HAVAL PINETOWN and we have previously purchased the HAVAL H2, HAVAL H6 and recently purchased the PSERIES in December 2023 This vehicle is just 8 months old , my husband takes my 2 sons to school this morning and the back wheel comes off thankfully this car didn’t roll or cause an accident or harm my sons , so he pulls over and contacts roadside assistance They arrive and don’t have the correct jack to lift the car they check our vehicle and find nothing , NO SPANNER , NO JACK they then drag my vehicle and put it on the flat bed To take to HAVAL PINETOWN workshop – sales manager Fiona khan was there and utterly shocked at the fact that an 8 month vehicle can loose its wheel Take note my husband works from home this vehicle is not used daily and stays in a locked garage as I have another vehicle , the shock and disbelieve has me very concerned about the Safety of my family in this PSERIES We are told that if this happened to the front tyre the vehicle could have flipped and who knows what would have happened to my family and the thought of that leaves me with many questions How is this possible ? Who is responsible ? Can I really drive a vehicle I cannot trust with my family ? Why was the jack and spanner missing in the first place , what if this happened in an open road and we needed to change the tyre ourselves ? i need to make other people aware that this could happen to them
My name is Hailey Muller , daughter of 75 year old patient Adam Hemero I have personally been a patient of medicross for years, we have medical aid and going there has always been great so when my dad said his not well I decided to take him to medicross. I normally deal with doctor Malherbe but he was not available on the day so I opted for Dr Ntanda to my detriment On the 29 December 2023 I brought my dad in for a swollen angle and knee and well as 2 boil/lesion (size of a R2 coin) looking things on his left side and upper lip My dad not been sick prior and had not fallen to cause the swelling on his angle and knee Dr Ntanda seemed new and looked like a trainee but she assisted and seemed kind , she told my dad that she wasn’t quit sure what it was but opted to assist and prescribed meds for what she thought was gout- we went for the meds at the pharmacy and went home I then messaged her on the 02 Jan to say that his condition has not improved , she asked for pictures on whatsapp , I then asked if I should try other meds instead On the 09 Jan I brought him back as she said she do XRAYS , we did 2 , one on the angle and one on the knee. Take note we still did not treatment of the 2 boil looking lesions on the lip and side . I payed for the xrays and she says I don’t need to pay for consult , I was grateful and left and she said she will ask a another doctor about the lesions , she said I must send a whatsapp to remind her as she might forget , whereby she will say after checking with the other doctor what the lesions may be what meds we can use. I messaged on the 18 Jan to remind her -------- she did not respond I sent her a picture of the lesion on the 24 Jan ,looking swollen and twice the size on his lip , she responded on the 25 Jan and says it looks infected and I must apply a over the counter medication called Fucidin and cream I have been prescribed this before for minor inflamed areas , I didn’t question it , as she said it will clear it. We has app**** the cream and taking pain meds in the interim My dad messaged me on the weekend to say his in pain and the lip is very swollen , I made an appointment and refused to go to Doctor Nthanda and asked if Dr Malherbe was available Thank God , he was available this time. He was kind as usual and spoke to my dad. He advised he could remove the one lesion on his side but the one on the lip is too big for him to do If it was smaller he would have been able to cut both and I made an appointment to have it cut today at 2.25pm. Now let me explain my anger and frustration Why didn’t DR Ntanda not refer me to another doctor if she was unsure , i had seen her twice at Medicross , sent whatsapps showing how rapidly fast the one on lip is growing Why does Medicross employ trainee doctors to use our parents as test subjects and not refer when they don’t know If I was referred this would have been cut out early Jan and I wouldn’t be referred to a plastic surgeon in the public sector because my dad does not have medical aid He is 75 years old with a lesion on his face that is tripling in size with every week that goes by , by the time I take him to saint marys then albert Luthuli it would have spread may even become cancerous. I will take this further , I have whatsapp conversations , dates times proving that I was not treated fairly and I will be going to social media to make the public aware that medicross has trainee doctors that don’t time to pass the patient over if they unsure and risk our parents / children lives This could have been avoided , the lesion should have cut out if I was referred in the first place , every day that goes by means this lesion will get bigger and spread I want this on record that I will only rest until my dad is given the treatment he supposed to get when I brought him in originally

I have been using Huggies for all my son's however the Huggies pull ups are not great all. It leaks and the slides keep tearing. This is unacceptable and disappointing

Gates CDE open for all passengers. My husband and I waiting to go through. All late passengers push through the que leaving us to wait longer. Eventually I had to stand in the way and stop it because it was affecting our flight. Thus resulting in my husband and I missing our flight by a minute. This is unfair as we all waiting and rushing. This is unacceptable and not fair to other passengers
Why should we pay for an all inclusive holiday to Mauritius, book my flights from durban to jhb . Then you told fights changed and am told that we need to change flights. Nadia from the pmb branch was not interested and did not provide proper care and interest In customers. We payed R80 0000 for fulll board flight to Mauritius and this the service we received as a family disgusting service
Blue security is a sad excuse for a security company they not do give you any sense of safety or security. My alarm goes off at 4 am , my family and I wake up in a panic , we wait patiently for them to call to check if everything is OK.....but shockingly they call at 4.15 ....an entire 15 minutes to top it off they answers I tell him I'm not happy with the response time , I didn't even give my password yet he transfers me to a manager on duty....can you believe a vehicle shows up 30minutes later ...God forbid this was a actual home invasion...Wesley Naidoo so called manager calls and the sorry excuse was that they way too many calls coming in ....really .... he then says load shedding is the reason...yes they will blame loadshedding for the fact that they are poorly staffed and are thieves for taking my monthly payments but fail to deliver on their end .... I want to cancel and will not pay any cancelation fee as I don't owe them a cent after they being taking my monthly payments knowing full well that in the event or emergency their vans will come out 30 minutes later minimum.....DO NOT trust you life and the life's of your family with blue security pinetown
Terrible after sales service from hyandai pinetown. A bunch of liars. We were promised things to get the sale and once we purchased the vehicle we have to run around and beg for assistance. A useless manager Joash in Pinetown makes promises to provide feedback but nothing to date. I will be posting this on twitter has this is utterly ridiculous after sale service. Can you believe my door won't open for a new car that's sad....I'm told we get a voucher after the sale and still nothing. I hope nobody else falls for their lies
