I updated my policy to include a second residence while my old house is still in the market to be sold. They then cancelled my insurance cover for lightning at my old residence. I am not satisfied with such an incompetent mistake.
Vodacom is not connecting my calls. Some call I don't receive and SMS messages are delayed up to 12 hours. How am I supposed to do my day to day business with service this bad. My signal is poor most of the time and I have requested twice to have a second contract converted to pay as you go, but I don't get any response.
I applied for a Standard Bank home loan and they have yet to get in touch with me. I keep getting notifications via SMS that they want to call me back, but the only numbers that register on my phone are scam calls or potential fraud calls (which are blocked automatically). Today I received a call from Anuf property investments, which does net even have a website, but has a review on hellopeter as a potential scam. Did Standard Bank share my confidential and personal details with a potential scammer?
I have been using ADSL now for a while and fibre services only recently went active in my area. On Sunday 20 October my internet line was down, so I logged a fault request at Telkom. Phoned them 3 days later to follow up and they said there was cable theft in my area. Asked how long it would take and they said I have to phone the sales department. I phone the sales department who told me that if there was cable theft they will not replace the cable and I had to migrate to a different service. I would recommend that everyone cancels their ADSL services and line rentals with Telkom as they no longer support old Copper type connections.
Very poor service and not at all happy with the workmanship. You ask them to fix one thing and they end up breaking several other things. I was forced to have my car repaired there by my insurer. They had to redo the paint work twice, made me wait 6 months to do the repairs and delivered the car back to me with with rough surfaces under the door handles and mirror caps and over spray on the alloy wheels. On top of everything, the interior is covered with a white residue that I can not get off and it is absolutely everywhere.On the steering wheel, dashboard, trim seats. They should have just left the car damaged, would have been less work for me to do the repairs myself. I hope no ever has the misfortune to end up with this "Workshop", Will never recommend them, even to my worst enemy.
Great service, Great Prices, Always Job Well Done. I have been taking my cars to the Boksburg branch now for the past 12 years and the service is always great. These guys are the best when it comes to wheels, tyres and shocks. You only need to do wheel alignment once and it is sorted for life. Keep up the great work guys. I will still support you even if I live in Cape town.
This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with, them and their parent company Auto & General. They send your damaged vehicle to their preferred Auto body shop with the worst Google Reviews in the Area hundreds om kilometers from your living area and take no responsibility of offer any sort of meaningful assistance when you complain about the service you receive from THEIR choice of Auto Body Shop. They just keep bouncing you between the assessor and the body shop just to avoid your complaints. If a insurance company wants to dictate where I must have my car repaired after an accident, then they must take responsibility for the delays and poor workmanship. Since Google is an independent entity, I put more trust in their reviews from real people, rather then all the BS the insurance company tries to feed you. I thick that if a Auto Body shop or any service center for that matter, can not maintain a customer satisfaction of at lest 4/5 stars on Google, then the insurance should simply not use them. If good customer service is not a priority for them, then they do not deserve to be in business and people should not have to have their lives turned upside down and suffer the losses because incompetent service centers who are kept in business by scaly insurance companies.
Super fast service. I needed a no claim letter for a claim that is being handled by another insurance provider. Before I could check the call duration, the email came through and the letter was in my mail box. Thank you very much. Wish some other insurance providers can respond so quickly to a simple request.
Unable to get hold of anyone at ********** No response on email, No answering of phone calls. Have an urgent situation that I need assistance with, but can't get hold of anyone for two weeks now and time has run out.
Worst Service in South Africa. If you have any dealings with this company, please cancel your policies and dealings because this company is not functioning. No feedback, No answering of calls, No response on Email. NOTHING. No matter how cheap they might be, any amount to them is money down the drain for absolutely no service.
