We have been waiting for settlement letters, no update from allocated agent. We urgently need an update/settlements
I dont know what happened to the old staff from the Motherwell branch, the new staff is soo unprofessional, no work ethics, pathetic service. Today I went to collect my online order after 5pm after I received an sms just before 2 today confirming my parcel has been delivered, I was told I should wait for an otp which I will get after they check in the parcel at the store meaning I have to leave and go back again. Supervisor came asked for my phone to check the details of the parcel, after 10/15 minutes she came back eating with chicken in her hand and told me to wait for otp. While Im waiting there 2 staff members are on their phones having a deep conversation about their personal lives. I dont even have interest to go to the store anymore, the level of noise amongst the staff while customers are in store, its such a disgrace.
A parcel was sent on the 27th of March, sms received confirming that parcel will be received on the 9th of April but I still have not received. Theres no movement of it, i called the call centre I was told matter will be escalated I should get feedback with 48hrs,no feedback received.Wasted my time today and went to pep home(receiving store) the lady bluntaly told me theres nothing she can do.
Dissapointing service from such a big company, my mother bought a car part and returned it however the service received has been dissapointing, no update from the branch. She had to follow up herself. At this point she wants a refund so that she can buy the product at another company.
Im being threatened that my benefits will be blocked after you guys have not been deducting from my account, I had to make manual payments. I called to ask the reason for No deduction and I was told its a system issue, once the system is fixed you guys randomly debit my account on the 29th even though my debit order date is the 20th. Im soo annoyed I dont know how your number service provider shame
I went to the Motherwell Store today to buy the Hullets sugar thats on specila and there was nothing not even 1 How come, why have a special but we as consumers cant get what we want.

Im still waiting for feedback on previous complaint logged. Arthur Beneke confirmed complaint has been received however nothing has been done, no call, no money. Whats happening with you
You guys are the worst to deal with, I have been to your offices more than 3 times since last year. I cancelled my life cover last year October i still have not received a refund and you guys are still deducting for WHAT. Your *********** staff keep giving me forms to sign but nothing changes, money is still being deducted and no refund. CANCEL THE LIFE COVER AND REFUND ME ALL MY MONEY
In October I received a call from Asiphe Mngonyama offering me a life cover and i accepted the offer but I still have not received policy documents, i sent him numerous emails but with no positive feedback. I dont understand why a matter so important would not be taken serious
