Lerato was fantastic when I returned an Oral B Electric toothbrush that no longer charged less than 2 years after I bought it from Dischem. Dischem only has a 1 year warranty whereas Oral B has 2 years.
I joined Supersonic many years ago because it was easy to get through to their call center - I have been on the line on numerous occasions and given up after 25 minutes of holding. I have sent through 2 requests to cancel my subscription as I am relocating and the reply was that an agent would contact me - I have never had a phone call. I have given ample notice but now I don't know where I stand

I have sentnumerous emails to Martin Kleyn and info@cemair.co.za and have still had no response (see below). My son has had his ticket from Cape Town to Plett on 27th December 2023 cancelled for no reason and we were never informed thereof. It was booked on 15 March 2023 (and paid for and proof of payment sent on the same day) and only when we went to manage my booking on 26th December 2023 we were told by Wendy Marokoane (CemAir) <wendy@cemair.co.za> that his booking had been cancelled. I then had to pay at the airport on 27th December 2023 for the same flight and wait for a refund as I had now paid twice. In addition, my son’s ticket on his return flight at 12h00 on 3 Jan 2024 from Plett to Johannesburg was also just cancelled for no reason ! My travel agent informed me - not Cemair. I have sent numerous emails to Martin Kleyn (CemAir) <martin@cemair.co.za> and info@cemair.co.za but at this time no response, no apology and no compensation. That's what happens when you have no competition on routes to Plett - no common courtesy exists and no customer service.
Professional staff who deliver on their promises
Despite numerous emails with no reply and holding on the line to no avail to disconnect my tracker which contract was cancelled in 2018 I am yet to get a response from them

I ordered a product many months ago and it yet to arrive. Carethy say it is with SA Post ? and the cost of customs fees (I can't find product at Customs) will be charge of the client, since there are taxes from the country of receipt and these costs are not linked to our sales service. Never have I had a delivery from a website when I have had this issue - so a waste of money and no recourse and no product and no customs notification -
I bought a Bose Docking Station/ Speaker about 17 years and it has been playing up and the cost to replace it today would be huge. Despite the product being very old and outdated the Technical team were able to repair it for me within an hour. My thanks to Pierre and Jason
I called FNB and told Kgothatso Ntshebele that I couldn't apply to renew my SA Pasport online as I wasn't born in SA. I asked whether I could go to Merchant Place to make an appointment to renew my SA Passport. I asked Kgothatso Ntshebele twict whether I could do something at the Merchant Place Branch and she said YES. So off i drove and was informed NO - I need to go to Home Affairs to renew my Passport as if you were not born in SA you cannot use the Branch. I told Kgothatso Ntshebele all of this but she still said YES - why say YES if you don't know and waste my time - incompetence !
