I signed up with Oxygn Ballito in December 2025 after experiencing ongoing issues with my previous WiFi service provider. I was referred by a friend who was happy with their fibre service. The fibre installation was done the same afternoon, which initially seemed very efficient. However, the problems started shortly thereafter. I live in a double-storey house, and while fibre was installed in the lounge and my son’s bedroom upstairs, there was no WiFi coverage downstairs. At no point during the installation was I advised that additional equipment would be required to ensure proper coverage throughout the house. I contacted MJ shortly after the installation and was told that someone would be sent out to assess the issue. This did not happen. I waited until after the festive season and followed up multiple times before someone eventually came out. When a technician finally attended, I was informed that I would need a booster. I requested a quote and was shocked to receive one for nearly R4,000. This requirement and cost should have been identified and disclosed upfront during the initial installation, not after the service was already installed and paid for. The lack of follow-up, poor communication, and failure to properly assess my home before installation has resulted in unexpected additional costs. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and I feel that the service was not transparent from the outset. I would caution anyone considering Oxygn Ballito to ensure that all coverage requirements and costs are clearly explained before proceeding.
I am extremely disappointed with the service from Courier Guy Stanger and Pudo. I paid for two lockers to send a parcel today, only to arrive at the drop-off point and find the lockers completely full. I then went to the Courier Guy office for assistance, but the staff didn’t even try to help. I was told to “go to another drop-off point” because the drivers only clear lockers at 09:30 for 10:00. I travelled to another drop-off point, only to discover they didn’t even have the extra-large locker I had already paid for. This is not the first time we’ve had to deal with their incompetence, and clearly nothing has improved. Honestly, I don’t even know why I’m writing this review because management is just as lax and unhelpful as the staff. Their service is unreliable, frustrating, and absolutely not worth the money. I will be looking elsewhere in the future.
I really don't know where to begin, you hear such horror stories about Government Health Departments and Facilities but I was so surprised and relieved when I was sent to General Justice Gizenga Mpanza Regional Hospital. I was admitted to their Gynecological Ward on Friday the 4 October 2024 at 14:00pm. From the moment I was admitted until the day I was discharged all the Staff ( Nurses, Doctor's, Porters and Cleaners) were professional, made me feel at ease and gave me the best care humanly possible. I can also attest that the Ward was clean at all times, my hospital bed was made with clean linen every morning and the bathrooms were a pleasure to use. I can not thank General Justice Gizenga Mpanza Regional Hospital enough not only for taking such great care of me but also for finally assisting me with a medical problem I have suffered for more than 2 years and validating my concerns and answering all my questions. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
I didn't even want to leave this star. I went in January 2024 to Fica my Nedbank account with Freedom at Kwadukuza Mall Stanger. Sat for over 3 hours before I was even helped and Branch manager didn't even bother coming out of her office. I eventually got the necessary done and I thought okay. Only to go on my Nedbank app the next month requesting I Fica again.... after many phone calls I relented and went to the branch again where Nonhlanhla Myeni and Silver Zulu really did their best to help me yet again where was the branch manager oh she was in her usual spot her office. Today the 26 June 2024 I tried to use my app and guess what "PLEASE FICA". Phoned the call center and was told by Charity I have to go the branch. She then sent an email to Kwadukuza Mall nedbank manager let's see if she can finally do more than just hide behind her desk. Keep you posted on the outcome
I would just like to say thank you to KFC Hulett Street Stanger. The service was exceptional and the staff was very friendly. Big shout out goes to Nhlaka and staff definitely have a satisfied customer for life
If I could give no stars I would. Our district has been without water for 8 days. The technician informed us there were major breaks and leaks, I wonder why? Needles to say they informed us it would be repaired by the 17 March 2023 at 21:00 and guess what still no water. So numerous residents contacted the Ward Counselors and Mayor and we all got the same Excuse "Airlock" that was at 15:48 the 18 March 2023. So at around 18:00 we tried contacting the ward counselor as well as the Mayor and technician now everyone isn't answering their phones. They need to do their jobs or find someone who can. I definitely know who I won't be voting for.

And so we back to my previous post about Cell C. I handed in my insured phone on the 29 October 2020, there was no communication from Cell C. My insurance was supposed to cover it and I paid the excess of R100 on the 2 November 2020 to have it fixed. I phoned today the 30 November 2020 to see why I haven't heard from either the insurance or the Repair department well!! The repair department told me my insurance didn't pay them and that's why they didn't fix my phone. I call the insurance and they then informed me that I will have to wait 7 to 14 days AGAIN because there is a mix up they were under the impression I would be buying a new device . HOW DO YOU BUY A NEW DEVICE WHEN THE INSURANCE IS SUPPOSED TO PAY YOU OUT THEN!!! I paid the excess to have it repaired. OF COURSE ONCE AGAIN NO COMMUNICATION!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please people stay away from Cell C. It really isn't worth it and if you want decent customer service you not going to get it here.
