Placed an order, made the payment. Informed shipping was taking too long and they offered to refund me. One month ago they confirmed bank account details. No refund a month later. Everytime I follow up, i get an automated message, blah blah. I wonder if this is a genuine business?
Visited Ryobi Cape Town this morning. Ably assisted by Jason and Deon. Went out of their way to ensure we understood how to use the product. They deserve 5 stars.
I ordered my motor vehicle license renewal via the TRMC website and believed I would be happy to pay the courier fee to save the inconvenience of going to a crowded office to stand in line...etc.... My experience is the following: I get a message to say they will be delivering it today, "please ensure someone is at the address with their ID to accept it." So we cancell all our other things to do and wait around the house for the delivery. It is now 17:40 and they are a no-show. My experience with The Courier Guys is totally different. They will let you know what time they expect to deliver. I will not make use of the RTMC license renewal sevice again. I will go and stand in the line at the office and get it done. That will avoid me sitting at home for a whole day without getting any satisfaction. Tomorrow I am going out and if they come to deliver when I am not here, tough luck. They will have to take their chances and find me at home.....
Have a pair of hiking boots bought from Cape Union Mart some years ago. Hardly used. After a light hike the other day the soles on both boots started separating from the boot. I sent an e-mail request on Columbia's website for an address that I could send photo's to to get their opinion on the situation. That was about three weeks ago and no response. In my opinion the products are shoddy and their customer service/support even worse. I would not reccomend this company's products.
Completed the forms and questionaires on the website. No response after 2 weeks. Called the phone number on the website, no answer. Is this a ghost website?
Trying to book flights to CT for my wife and myself with LIFT Airlines. They also allow a dog to go along. Their website is very frustrating. And there is no telephone no you can call. We were thinking of even just going to the airport to get all the details. Can't find an address anywhere. Will probably end up using another airline just because of this.
Submitted documents to them on 18 January, 2022. Receiving no response. When I follow up, they just send it on to another person. To add insult to injury, their complaints person does not answer his phone and does not call back. I will avoid using them in future.
On 11 June, 2021 we decided to make use of the Pick n Pay delivery service. The "Bottles" app is not very good but that may just be a matter of opinion. On 14 June I lodged a complaint on the Bottles app. The had sent milk to us with a "use by date" only 2 days away on 2 of the milk cartons and 5 days away on the other two. The milk was off. Anyway, they opened a compliant on 14 June. On 16 June I got a response "This email will now be closed. Should your query not be resolved please respond to reopen the ticket." Realising that the Bottles app is a shambles, I lodged a complaint on the Pick n Pay website on 16 June. This was acknowledged on 23 June. On 23 June they referred me back to the Bottles app. To date nothing has been resolved. I am not impressed. The long and the short of it is, DON'T BUY PERISHABLE GOODS ON THE PICK N PAY DELIVERY SERVICE. They will send you their older stock to move it, only for it to go off in your hands. I have made a point of looking at the "Use by dates" of milk on the shelves. Generally it goes 11 days into the future. The milk that they sent was 2 days and 5 days into the future. I rest my case.
Mt wife and I had fixed deposits maturing on 18 April, 2019. Upon going into the website on 18th, we found that our cash was deposited into a "Justinvest" account and if we wanted the funds we needed to give 24 hours notice. We contacted the call centre who told us to go to the branch. As it was not possible as I was busy, I contacted the Nedbank complaints line. They told me that as I had given no instruction as to what should have been done with the funds, they did what they did. I was not given the courtesy of a telephone call or a text or anything. So I gave notice in 18th to have the funds released on 19th. So I find I cannot transfer all of it at once due to daily payment limits on my account. The call centre for small business was also not available today. So I will transfer the funds over three days, while Nedbank uses our funds interest-free. Hoping that the funds do move over the Easter weekend, but only time will tell. So our funds are effectively tied up over the Easter weekend by Nedbank,
