Extremely dissatisfied, I would like to to encourage anyone who's planing to have an insurance with Bidvest insurance to cancel, and if you planing to take any policy with them, please look for another insurance. Bidvest are the ****mers. I have claimed for a damaged tyre by Pothole, they rejected my claim. I have sent everything that is needed. I aslo submitted a claim for scratch and dent policy. They giving me headache, the claim is submitted December 2024. Even now it is not approved. They are really ****mers.
Hi everyone, I would like to share this with everyone. I had a clutch problem with my POLO TSI. My car covered about 35,000 km. When the dealership claimed from VWSA, "They said it's too early for them to cover," I had the same problem again, which I was to cover with my money. One of the VW dealerships told me that my car is slightly above 60,000 km and that the warranty for 120,000 km will never cover it. They only cover below 600,000 km. They said the product's called TPI (Technical Product Information). I complained to the VWSA. The VWSA and Kempton Park VW dealerships had a call conference. Today they told me that they do not look at kilometers; they gave me a different answer. I now have three different answers to one problem. I asked VWSA to put everything in writing, but they refused. I requested a copy of the 120 000km warranty, which they also refused. The car is under finance. I advise you not to buy a car from a VW dealership. They are ripping people off. Please keep sharing this on all social media.
Shopprite mistreat black people at Kempton park I was at Big Shopprite, next to the airport at Kempton Park. I purchased some stuff and asked Shirley Tshabalala (the teller); she gave me a very bad experience. I ask her for R700 cashback. She said she had R600. I said, Let me go to another tiller or teller. While I was taking my stuff that I wanted to buy to her, another customer purchased it with cash. I ask her nicely, "Can you please do cashback for me?" She said I have an attitude. She did not give me cashback; she only made payments for the things I was buying. She even skipped me to assist three people who were behind me. I will escalate this to FNB Bank to let us know if we are not eligible to withdraw cashback at Shoprite. It looks like Shirley Tshabalala is doing me a favor. She does not know the brilliant basics; first, she was supposed to ask her colleagues if they have R700. She failed, which I did not have a problem with. What she needs to know is that the money that I spent at Shopprite is part of her salary. I think she's doing it because I'm black. If it were white people, she was going to treat them with respect. Thank you, SHOPPRITE, for the worst service and mistreating black customers. Keep in mind that I will escalate this to South African customer rights and other social media until it gets the attention of the Shoprite CEO.

MTN is a business for *******. I had a contract with them, and at the end of my contract, they contacted me to upgrade. I refused; they offered me a month-to-month data deal for almost R70. I had a terrible service experience with them. I decided to cancel that month-to-month contract. Upon canceling a month-to-month data plan, I found that they generated a 24-month contract instead of a month-to-month contract. I refused; I requested the call records. Nothing is being sent. They decoded to cancel the contract and disabled my number for nothing. When I call their call center, I'm told that I must go to MTN to register my number for Rica. I told them my number was registered for Rica; why should I go to their store to register it again? I have been using the number for more than 8 years, and it was registered for Rica. After the cancellation of their contract, they disabled my number for canceling their contract. I also had an insurance policy for my phone. My phone was covered for all the risks. My phone is lost now. I'm told that my claim was rejected for no reason, as my phone was covered for all risks. I have not even received a copy of the insurance.
MTN cellphone company and it's insurance. I have MTN phone contract and it is insured. The insurance cover all risks. It happened that I went to the gym, I accidentally left my car on the phone at Glen Acres shopping centre. I did not seen that my window was not closed at was still early in the morning. Phone is blacklisted and reported to the police. I have logged the claim which it is declined. My phone was covered for all risks. I haven't lost it purpose. This is how they rob people or **** people.
Good afternoon at Speakout. I have got a Policy for mechanical and electrical failure with AA Insurance. I got fault for lane assistant and cruise control. I reported the matter to AA Insurance. They ask me to take the car to their Service repair ( BOSCH) I took the car to the car to Kempton Park Bosch, which they failed to get the fault. I took my car to the dealership VW. They quoted me, then I sent the quote AA Warranties for claim. They ask for the report from VW dealership, which I have sent. The technician said that the data shows fault from control unit. AA Insurance are they are changing the topic, they say there was a damaged caused by accident. The motor bike bumped the right door not even at front. The lane assistant and cruise control was working, the problem started later on the day. My car have never been on an accident just bumped on the right door and it was a minor thing on the door. They running away to pay out the claim
I have policy for scratch and dent with Bidvest insurance. When I took it, they have not told me that they only with their own Suppliers. I only told that I need to look for the quotes with the approved RMI Suppliers/Registered. I claimed for rim refurbish under scratch and dent policy. I send everything they needed. I got an sms that they have received all the documents and they will assess my claim. After 30 minutes I got another SMS that says there is outstanding documents. I phoned them, they said they need another quote. The consultant that was assisting even said that there is nothing outstanding, they prefer second quote from their Bidvest suppliers. The first quote from the approve supplier was R1900. Second quote from Bidvest supplies is R4370. My claim is now declined due to the fact that their supplier is more expensive. Who's fault is that. @ first no one told me that the only repair the car to their suppliers. I was told that when I claim I need to look for quotation on the registered repairers. Friends and family, do not took any policy with Bidvest insurance company. I also going to cancel my Scarch and dent, Shortfall policies. They ****ming people
I was logging to the FNB app. I use my fingertip to unlock the App. On the first attempt my App was blocked. I tried to unblock it using my bank card number and pin. Unfortunately it kept refusing my pin until the bank pin blocked. I dialed *120*321#, typed my online banking pin, then select option 4 (bank).. I managed to transfer money. When I do Ewallet it allows me to withdraw only R50-R200. I tried to pay money to someone's account it only allow me to pay R50-R200. I phoned FNB to unblock my profile, find out why my App is blocked and the App reject my pin. The lady from ***** department said she will transfer my call for someone to unblock my pin. The service consultant by the name of Mohau Rashalaha ask for security reason, I gave it to her. Then she said I must go to the bank. I ask whicjlh FNB BANK open on Sunday. She said I must wait until tomorrow. I rep**** that at the ***** department thay said you can unblock my profile. She said there's nothing I can do. My 4 months old baby is starving, he can't wear pumpers,because of FNB system.
My number is out of network, when you call this useless Vodacom call Centre, they are not answering their phones. They transferred you to their voice prompts (Virtual assistant) and it is not assisting.
