Bought clothing from Adidas using PayJustNow. Impossible to reach telephinically. They refer you to the app which has a bot which is unresponsive regarding the enquiry and is constantly apologising. I am just looking for my invoice regarding my refund because i did not feceive my refund money.
I bought a 5kg pack of mixed chicken portions and to my horror all the pieces were breast meat. Dried up chicken meat. Contacted rainbow who apologised by saying they do not have control over what pieces are placed in the pack. Who then does have control? Why call it "mixed portions" because clearly the portions are not mixed.
I am struggling to get my refund. Adidas has issued the full refund however i received a portion of it. I have sent them screenshots of the refund. They do not respond to calls and emails and the bot is useless. I await Adidas intervention as i have failed to reach them. My next step is consumer council.
The color shampoo i bought did not yield any result. Sent clicks an email and after the acknowledgement email from them silence.
I bought and paid for 2 items today but received no notification of the sale. According to Verimark i stand a chance to win a prize if i buy and review. So whoomp there it is!!!!
Wow!!!! I thought after 1 solid year of not eating chicken licken it would at least taste better. The SALT....omg. when does it stop. Surely there are regulations surrounding this and not to mention the lousy selection of pieces. I just threw away R406.00 of hard earned money and to make matters worse when I called them the supervisor says he's sorry....really???? Sorry for what, because I paid. Well thank God that I rarely crave or buy it. Good riddance!

I am being harassed by this company. They continually request my identity number to remove me off their database claiming that i have an edgars account. I am contacted by Hasina, Ntombi etc etc etc. I am weary. Please advise me where to report them. Its annoying.
I have been with M-Sure for sometime now and I'm happy to say that my recent claim was finalized in record time. Much appreciate it and special thanks to Kurt Macpherson who initiated the speedy finalisation today 24.01.2025 after my fruitless attempts of yesterday 23.01.2025. Thumbs up M-Sure. Keep it up!
Made an online purchase and was told I would receive the items btw 3 to 5 days. I did not receive it. After 10 days I was told the items were in the shop I chose to pick up. I go there and am told the items were sent back. WHEN? HOW? WHY WASN'T I NOTIFIED?? Anyway it's almost a month ago and when I query the refund I am told the items were refunded. I checked my statement to find only 1 item was refunded. What is going on?????
