Our email is hosted by Afrihost. The dns is not working. You cant get past level 1 support to have it fixed. Suport mails are not answered. Even their COE Gian is not responding to requests for service. This is an intemittant problem for a year. Evey call you need to go thru the entire problem. And after a frustating time you get a bandaid fix. There is nocare or customer service. A lotnof we are sorry but no solution
I placed order ****** on 9 December, specifically because the system confirmed all items were in stock for Next Day Delivery. Since then, the service has been a timeline of failures: 10 Dec: The delivery date was arbitrarily changed to the 15th. 14 Dec: The date was pushed out again to the 22nd. Because of this, I can no longer complete my project by the 19th as planned. To make matters worse, Takealot is completely unreachable. You cannot contact them telephonically, and they ignore requests logged via the Help Center. I went so far as to contact the supplier directly; they confirmed the items are "Fulfilled by Takealot." The stock is sitting with you, so the incompetence is entirely on Takealot’s side. It is frustrating that Takealot has become the "Jabba the Hutt" of online retail—bloated, slow, and completely indifferent to the customers that built them. Lesson learned: next time I will buy directly from the supplier and cut Takealot out entirely.
Since 8:00 were waiting for a licence to be dwlivered by your company. The licence was paid for on Capitec. All sms were sent to her phone. I arrived home at 18:55 to fint my wife annoyed as she was at home the whole day waiting for the delivery. I looked at my phone and saw a missed call from an 073 466 3193 number at 18:41. I called the number and a Lucky answerd. I told him I had a mised call from this number. He let rip why were we not at home as he was in front of our gate when he made tge call and the dogs were barking and we didnt open the gate. As my wife was sitting in the dining room over looking the gate our dogs were inside with her and there was no car. As the cctv alers us when there is a car at out gate. I asked Lucky to describe our house and gate. To which he said its in Gousblom and he drove past it when he made the call that I missed. When I told he was not at our house. His responce was very unprofesional and this was agravated that het put the phone down on me and refused to take any further calls. I will inform Capitec not to make use of your company due to your rude and unprofesional staff. I want my wifes licence deliverd as a matter of urgency and I want an apology from skynet and the couries in witing.

The worst and rudest service company. Used by Hisense as a 3rd party service provider. They are slow, no customer inter action. Staff is rude and agressive. Wont make use of their services or support any appliance company that use them for backup service.
Is this a ****? Thee employees app**** at VRS Global a year ago. The status still shows application for **** has been received at DHA on 24 Jun 2024. They sont respond to emais. And when you call 0124253000 you cant talk to an operator as the automated attendants responce is we are closed when you select the option to talk to an support person. This is during their listed bussiness hours. In my book if a bussines does not respond or in not contacktaable after the required pyment has been made it is a ****
What has happend, your app is more offline that online, constantly logs out, the delivery screen annoyingly keeps poping up. Paments keeps failing and have to be repeated multiple sites. I have now twice cancelled your ourders and grudgingly had to use PnP whose app is now working better than Checkers. Dit you change your it team? You are now annoyi g your customers with a unstable and annoyimg app.
You are under instractions to stop spamming me, yet you keep on calling. I dont want your products. Im on the do not.call. You have been notified in writing and agreed that you will cease and desist with your unsolicited calls. Yet you dont. This says that your company does not abide by the rulenof law. Nedbank treated me with disrespect after my partner passed away on the outstanding home lone. They showed no empathy. They failed to comunicate with me as 50% bond holder. The bo d was never in areas and was alway paid ip. Nedbank dragged their heels to transfer the 50% of the bond in my late partners name into my name. Their estate staff was rude and unhelpfull. I got the entire bond transferred to another bank after nedbank resorted to theaten me that my property will be sold in execution if the portion of my late partner is not paud in full. The attoeney they used has an reputation of dubious ethics if you refer to their reviews on hello peter. The bond was always paid up and current and with the bond transfer all was done in 12months. Think twice before you use Nedbank. Nedbank im not done with you I will be following the legal route to get the R65000 in transfer and legal cost plus all the stress and suffering you caused
You are the most incompetant bank. I closed all my accounts in March 2025 at Northmead Square. And you keep charging me a monthlu chage. This is theft if you do r cease and desits with your thefr I will lay carges at SAPS. You as a bank are not above the law.
