Primary school learners being punished for some technicality glitches. The irregular zero marks are so not right for both the parents and mental state
If I could rate them -100 stars, I would. This company is appalling!!! They literally **** you out of your money and ignore all forms of communication. No feedback but blue ticks for days. Oh, and don't bother emailing them as it never gets answered. No phone number and blue ticks on Whatsapp. I ordered sneakers on 28 March and still nothing. No communication nothing. Its absolutely ****ing ridiculous. I guarantee you that you will never receive your sneakers nor will you ever receive you refund. I'm betting my life on it. I have reported them to the Consumer Ombudsman and recommend everyone frustrated here does the same. They disgust as a *****ulent company. The Consumer Ombudsman's number is 011 781-2607. Report these ****mers.
From the very 1st contact with Portia at Stor-age in Roodepoort to Nandipha constantly making sure I'm happy with everything including the lease agreement for my move into my storage facility honestly exceeded my customer needs and wants. I was thoroughly impressed with their customer care and communication skills. This team of ladies at Roodepoort branch combined with their super friendly security make you feel so special from your first step through their office doors. Thank you so much Portia, Nandipha and Emmanuel for making me feel at ease and at home. I would recommend this branch to anyone and everyone. Thank you ladies.
As a 1st time buyer, I am super impressed by WELLE OFFICIAL. I placed an order on Friday, 6 October 2023 around 00:30 and around 11:00 that same day changed my mind on the colour so I contacted Welle Official through their WhatsApp customer service number and they did not even take 15mins to reply to me and change the colour of my shoe order with an immediate confirmation email at no extra cost. I started counting the working days for my order to be processed from Monday, 9 October 2023. Today is Thursday 12 October 2023 and I happily received my order this afternoon to my doorstep. Hardly even 4 Working days and order processed and received. The shoes are beautiful and feel amazing. My son loves them. Thoroughly IMPRESSED. Can't wait to order more month end. Thank you Welle Official for being professional, efficient, customer oriented and ethical.
Do you people ever reply your damn emails?????!!!!! This is ****ing ridiculous!!!! I need a copy of my contract which was never sent to me since APRIL and I need to cancel my damn contract but NO REPLY!!!!
appsupport@firstforwomen.co.za is literally LITERALLY non-existent. I have emailed countless times since February with not even a simple automated reply. Nothing nothing nothing. I have written a review on the app and called in for assistance AND STILL NOTHING and we are now in April. This app hasn't been working since January for me. This is my second hello Peter complaint of which I was promised a call AND AGAIN NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING! I NEED THE APP TO WORK AS I AM PAYING FOR THE SERVICES IN THERE! I had organise my own tow a month back BUT I CANT ACCESS THE APP FOR ASSISTANCE. Im beyond annoyed now
Can I please get assistance with the app. It was working fine until early this year. I have uninstalled and reinstalled a million times. I have also emailed appsupport@firstforwomen.co.za about 3times in the past month but no reply. I never needed the app but I always liked the fact that my insurance was just a click away but a few days ago I really needed assistance on the road and because this app doesn't work, had to call my dad instead. This is totally not ok
This is the most DIRTIEST, FILTHIEST, SMELLIEST, MOULD-INFESTED, STUFFIEST, BED-BUG RIDDEN disgusting hotel I have ever come across. Their pictures Vs reality is appalling! Do not go there!!! You will regret it. The staff is as good just as terrible. All rooms AIRCONS don't work. It smells of pee... Bathroom looks like it was on an episode of HOARDERS! Literally booked myself elsewhere same time. Trivago n Booking.com should honestly have them removed off their listings.
The customer service is horrendous for this financial app. This is now the second time my voucher has has not been received. I have been calling but all I get are lies lies lies and more lies promising that the matter is solved. I am very disappointed in MTN. This is not the way to deal with you clients especially because this is a money app. That app and the customer service centre is nothing but a big SCAM
I took my Renault Clio IV to Car Care Clinic in Comaro last week and it has really been one of the best decisions I've made. The receptionist Stella was the not only professional but bubbly and friendly as well. She really has a way of making you feel like the most important client there. Not once did she forget my name even when I called to confirm booking for the second time, without even telling her my name, she remembered my name and the car I am booking. WOW!!! Her customer service and care really exceeded my expectations. Well done Stella. As for Divan, he really is amazing. His professionalism is covered with kindness, humility and transparency. He did an outstanding job on my car. The car is now basically as good as new. Not a single glitch and such a pleasure to drive. Thank you so much Car Care Clinic Comaro for everything. I would recommend taking your car there any day without thinking twice. They really know what they are doing and they take customer service seriously as it should be. I really am happy.
