I registered and paid for a parcel to be sent within 3-5 business days, I left the parcel on the 4 March, I was not offered insurance No email address for paxi No communication from their WhatsApp number No success on the telephone line I managed to excalate the issue 2 times, still no communication from paxi. I was told yhe parcel is with the courier and has left the store. I went to the store 17 March, parcel is at the store.
I left a message on the website for an agent to call me, 3 working days ago, and still waiting. I wonder what the service is like. I will not be surprised.
Discovery health has brought so much of stress into my life. I have excalated this issue 9 times and yet no one comes back to me, I get transferred from different depts, the phone gets cut off after long awaits, no one call me back, even asking them to call me if the phone cuts off. I pay a large amount of money each month. I am supposed to get a device every year from the risk benefit, however Discovery is taking the money out of my savings account. This is just not right.
I had 4 *****ulent activity go through both my accounts in 2 months, I had to change all my cards, pay a new card fee each time. I requested that the cards be delivered to my nearest branch to save me from courier fees. The bank send my cards to the courier, courier sends it to the bank and i get charged 4 times. It takes me 6 hours to get to the ***** dept, cut off and transferred to different depts. I have escalated each time this has happen, NO ONE has ever called me back, I have open 4 cases with FNB and I have never heard from them. I would like to know how this is happening to me. FNB has never paid back the money to me.. I have NEVER received OTPs for these transactions. Something is clearly not right.
Takealot has TuckTucks that they use for delivering. These Tucktucks are very noisey and drivers do not switch them off when delivering because they are instructed to leave it on as it can switch off and not switch on again, if they not at the depot. The air pollution that these TucksTucks generator is toxic. Takealot as a giant in your industry please spend some money to save our environment and do not disturb our peace. The sound that the Tucktucks make is as if the whole TuckTuck was going to fall apart. Its enough that we have to pass through these junk tucktucks and now have them in our home environment too. ENOUGH NOW, PLEASE TAKE THEM OFF THE ROAD.
Mr Delivery never answers their phones, I am waiting 1 hour now for my food, no correspondences, Driver does not answer, no updates, no responses to website help, I am a diabetic on insulin.
Dischem Woodmead, Please teach your staff how to write, especially if English is not the main language. Please get someone who can write emails in good English to assist customers, I have been battling for months now trying to communicate with Zanele. I ask about 3 different items and get a one sentence reply with out any full stops or commas, etc. Very frustrating.
Intercare Rivonia, nurses talk so loudly about personal stuff, no one checks up on you, I had to administer my own eye drops, every half an hour, because the nurse Noshipo and Maggie's was not around. I rung the alarm once and noshipo was ****ed off with me. Menu options was limited to me but every option was offered to another patient whose name was sisikazi. Definitely a selective group of patients are given good treatment, I don't wish to address it with the manager, because she only greets a certain type of people. I guess staff follow what they are taught.
Your veg breyani had broad beans, large slices of carrots and a few green beans. Your salad hasd carrots ONLY. The portion of dhall and salad and sour milk is too small for the portion of breyani. The bread for the mutton bunny chow was stale. You losing your touch. If the cost of food has gone up pls increase your prices but pls don't compromise on the quality. Your food quality and taste has decreased.
I called Dell India 21 Feb 2023 and was referred to Ensureit service Midrand JHB, I paid R450 and handed my laptop to them 23 Feb. Today is 7 March, I have had no reply via email or text. Every day since 3 Feb I call Ensureit services 3 times a day and speak to them for 45 mins a day. I often get put in hold and cut off, no one bothers to call me back. The Customer service manager Kelvin Pillay, tells me not to worry and commits to calling me back but he does, I called him 6 times and he cut me off on his mobile. Lloyd Branch manage is not available, Tech manager Manugaul not available. Everyday, 3 times a day I speak to Lethabo, Rosslyn and Kelebogile and I get no help. WHAT DO I DO ???? I have call Dell India and was transferred back to Ensure it services again. Does Dell International know that SA does not help clients ? Can someone pls assist me, I have not done work since 21 Feb, problem with my hard drive.
