I have a complaint against your driver. He has been very unprofessional and showed no care for me as a client. Today he just called me to tell me that he was outside I must come and get my item. He did not call me earlier to alert me to avail myself for the delivery.He did not even send me an SMS to tell me he was coming. When he called me I was on my way home. I arrived home after seven minutes and I called him and asked him if he was still around. I also asked him when can I get my parcel. He told me he does not even go to New Brighton and I could get it tomorrow or the next day, he does not know. I have waited long enough for this parcel. I always do online shopping and delivery is never a surprise, I am an adult who is busy , he should have called me to tell me to avail myself.his answers showed that he does not care for me or people who stay in New Brighton. I am a client who has already paid for the item and the delivery, I should not be a victim of his bias and prejudice. I do not care about his opinion about where I live I just need my parcel, I am very upset.
We went to Plascon Paints in Bedford Street Port Elizabeth to purchase 2*20 litres of paint on 25/01/2023. I paid for the paint as per the quotation and when I requested for the for the invoice Thandeka said the paint would be delivered to church and the proof of delivery will then be left at the church which I was purchasing the paint for. I asked her if this delivery she was talking about would be done at an additional cost and she said no, it would be delivered for free. I then learnt that I would have to go and collect the paint .When I was there I asked for an invoice from Thandeka again , she told me that I would get it from downstairs. The only thing I got was what looked like a goods received note, with a description of the product , no order number and no rand value, my name was not even written on that document to show that I made the purchase. I am frustrated at the fact that I am now struggling for proof that I purchased this paint, it was easy for you guys to take my money but to help me with a simple invoice is like trying to draw blood from a rock. I bought the paint for the church at a value of R5160.03 , the church also needs proof that I paid for the paint. Please provide me with my invoice ASAP.
I called foschini customer care to close my account, I was received by Noxolo who told me that 1) I owe R0.02, 2)I can make payment via EFT which will reflect after two working days, 3)my account can only be closed in May on the 15th because that is when they close accounts I told her this does not make sense as I am not someone who is affected by their financial year, I am simply closing my account like I would at any other store and her response was "unfortunately with us it does not work that way" She did not tell me that I could make a debit card payment of R0.02 on TFG online even after I told her that if I were to go to the branch , that would cost me more than the R0.02. I asked for her supervisor, I waited on that call for 20 minutes and they dropped it.i wasted my time and airtime with her. I looked at the terms and conditions about closing accounts Terminating your Agreement with us 12.1 You may terminate this Agreement AT ANY TIME by advising customer services as per clause 18 below, and on the conditions set out below. The date on which this Agreement ends or terminates will be called the settlement date. Basically she was lying to me. I had to call back to get proper service.
I bought furniture online at Russells and I paid in full on 03 March 2022. I received an sms about turnaround time of 3-7 working days. On 09 March 2022 I received smses saying the 3 piece is on it's way I must ensure that someone is at the address to open for the delivery. Even the status changed to say the item was collected by the courier company. I made a phone call and spoke to Tshepiso who told me that the delivery people will call me an hour before they come and that deliveries are done until 18:00. I waited with baited breath, no delivery. I made changes to be available on the 10 March 2022 as I also had received an sms the day before which said I must be available on 10/03/2022. I called again in the morning while .now the status had changed online to say that the item was reserved. When I called on 10/03/2022 I spoke to Tshepiso who told me that deliveries have been cancelled but could not give me a valid reason for that or clear explanation. I waited and kept checking online .I called again and spoke to Nala .I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL ABOUT THE WAY I WAS TREATED BY NALA. 1)HE KEPT CUTTING ME OFF EVEN THOUGH I WOULD PAUSE WHEN HE IT WAS HIS TURN TO SPEAK.2)WHEN I EXPLAINED THE MATTER TO HIM HE TOLD ME ABOUT 10 WORKING DAYS TURNAROUND TIME. I DO MAJORITY OF MY SHOPPING ONLINE AND I CAN TELL YOU THAT YES WE USUALLY GET THE MINIMUM AND MAX TURNAROUND TIME BUT ONCE THE RETAILER MAKES A PROMISE TO DELIVER AT A DATE BEFORE OR SOMETIMES AFTER THE INITIALLY EX EXPECTED DATE, THEY INFORM US CLIENTS VIA SMS. I HAVE NUMEROUS SMSS ABOUT THE DELIVERY ON 09 MARCH , THAT IS A PROMISE YOU .3)HE TOLD BECAUSE HE WAS CUTTING ME OFF, HE COULD NOT UNDERSTAND THE NATURE OF THE QUERY AND BECAME DEFENSIVE CUTTING ME OFF EVEN MORE .3)WHEN I TOLD HKM I AM NOT HAPPY HE REPLIED "IT'S FINE IT'S OKAY.4) HE DID NOT LOAD ANY OF THE COMPLAINTS I ASKED HIM TO LOAD AND HE WOULDN'T ALLOW ME TO SPEAK TO HIS SUPERVISOR. WHEN I BECAME TIRED OF HIS ABUSE I EXPLAINED TO HIM HOW HE SHOULD HAVE ASSISTED ME AND HE REPLIED "YOU SAID YOU ARE GOING TO ESCALATE THE MATTER AND YOU ARE WITHIN YOUR RIGHTS TO DO SO, MOVING FORWARD I AM NOT GOING TO HELP YOU"THEN HE PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON MY EAR.
They have emotionally exhausted me. After so many emails still no response. They sell broken things that don't work and when you ask for a refund they punish you psychologically. Messy boots

When I woke up, I called your 041 number the whole day and the phone rings until it goes to voice mail. At 17:30 to blatantly lie and say the client is not available. I waited for you the whole day and I was calling you as well as telkom deliveries. Saturday morning same story, you don't pick up numerous times then I called telkom deliveries again and spoke to Oliver, he spoke to you and your driver lied to me and said he would be doing the delivery between 12:00 - 15:00. I waited for him and he did not come /call. Today I have been calling and again, you are allergic to phone calls. You have not even contacted me this morning. Your rotten behaviour of not answering phone calls has rubbed off on telkom deliveries as they are not picking up. I also spoke to Zelda from telkom who was not of any assistance.

I called in today and selected the correct option. Rob from reception would not give me his name when he was speaking to me. When I asked for his name (after he referred to himself as reception) he replied "this is reception how can I help you. I then responded" doesn't reception have a name?, it is standard for you to give me your name " only then did he reply and told me that his name is Rob. Seriously, if I am calling you with my airtime I want to make sure that I get the details of the person I speak to so that I can tick the call off my to-do list. Customer service is standard, you should not deviate from the standard based on what you feel is right for that moment for that particular client Rob from reception at Dis-chem in Newton Park.
Sherwood Books has not helped me one bit. I made an order on 7 Jan 2021 and today 17. I have been doing follow ups all along and to this day they do not give feedback unless I initiate communication. When I finally cancelled I was told to wait 3-10 working days to get my money.
I've been doing purchases with takealot for years, I have never had complaints. Today we received an sms that delivery will be made before 5:00. At 12:40 my brother comes in rushing, asking my mom and I if we ordered something at Takealot.com, we told him we did. He told us that one of the neighbours told him they have a delivery with our address and name. We confirmed to my brother that yes we ordered goods from Takealot.com. He went and picked up the package from the neighbour who is not even next door, many houses away. We got the box with no receipt /invoice. According to my experience, drivers (especially from takealot) are supposed to call and inform us that they are on the way and that we are at the address. None of that took place. I am very angry and irritated because I am even thinking about Corona, I am doing my best with the safety measures since I am working from home due to health problems. What your driver did has compromised my health and the health of my family. How do you diliver goods without calling, WITHOUT CALLING WITHOUT CALLING. HOW DO YOU COMPROMISE THE PRIVACY AND SAFETY OF MYSELF ND MY FAMILY, WHY
