worst email hosting service ever how can it take me 3 hours with a chat bot to set up my email only to be kicked out the very next morning after receiving mails the day before and I'm running a business. will migrate to Afrihost this is some BS. you cant even speak to someone on the telephone
I just wanted to say thanks to Tanashe from Jonsson workwear centurion lifestyle centre. i went in to get some Golf shirt branded for my company. hew as very cheerful, friendly and helpful. came back to me promptly on email for my tiny order confirmed everything and delivered my good in a record time. workmanship was of the highest quality. I just lost a business worth 2.6 million cause Nedbank business accounts consultant was not available to make profile changes. We had emailed and called with no response. I went into the centurion branch and there was no interest to assist me as I could not get Angela Qalaza. I even called the call centre while I was in the bank and no one was able to assist me. Why should my livelihood be dependent on the fact one employee of Nedbank. moral of the story do not open a Nedbank business account as they will not assist you when you need them the most. I've lost a big client because of them

Going on two weeks without a resolution. My gate was stole i complied with all their request reported got a case number submitted same day. My place is still currently staying wide open for anyone to walk in. I requested a security guard service which was immediately ignored no explanation. We could be hijacked at any moment coming back home or going out. I've been paying premiums of R600 plus over the last 10 years and the day i need to claim a R 15 000.00 gate I have to struggle like this. This is the worst claim I've ever had to endure with additional stress and anxiety of not feeling safe in my own home.
Ordered a pizza from Pizza Perfect blue Valley as I've been for the last 3 years, today for some reason 2 guys show up claiming that the other guy is training. They they proceeded to take out a speedpoint machine of which I inserted my card and put my pin in unknown to me the card was being cloned. The second guy then proceeded to take out a second guy took a second machine out and then my transaction was successful. 30 min later another pizza perfect s****** shows up with another pizza to which was surprising cause I received my pizza. This Morning an authorized R4909.00 was swiped from Bramhof spar Randburg at. This is no Coincidence, the delivery guys clone cards with one machine which was the first one. I urge everyone not swipe for these guys or use their service. I went the morning and reported the incident to pizza perfect Blue Valley to which the owners gave me a very condensing and rude phone call as if I was at fault.
my telkom 24 month top up contract came to an end recently, i then got bombarded by calls from Cape Town to upgrade. Over numerous weeks i was getting harrased to upgrade. I told them I'm fine with continuing with a month month to month as it suits my budget just fine. i advise the following i want a top up contract that has the option of letting me buy 500 min for R150.00 as this is a busy business line and im constantly making calls. They told me it would only cost R 99 and i would still have that benefit. When it came into to effect i attempted to load airtime to purchase my monthly bundles the banking app declined stating that the number why because the the consultant who had been making the arrangment did the total opposite and gave me an open line that moves me from paying 300 in airtime to getting a bill of 1400 month. It is absolutely disgusting how telkom treats clients and messes with our lively hood. I haven't been able to call clients since the 2nd of november. I want to see that stupid call centres advisers final written warning for the fraudulent transaction they have done and want my previous contract package back asap.
MY father passed away on the 27 September 2020 and left a will with Absa bank. Meaning Abas is the estate executer. We went in with my fathers widow to diepsloot absa and were advised our very unique situation advising of the magnitude of the estate the large number of dependents and how we need their lawyers to start the process for about 6 vehicles bond repayments life covers we cannot access and recently a R15900 water bill from Johannesburg water of which we cannot handle without a letter of authority which is what absa should be doing on our behalf. Its been over a month and we still have not been contacted or had someone read the will. I last spoke to the department on monday 2 November. a consultant asked for 48 hours and never got back to me since. Our situation has now gotten extremely desperate these delays will end up leaving the estate insolvent as all his creditors are calling. Absa has done nothing to date very frustrating and disappointing and frustrating. Poor poor service
Ive paid my full outstanding balance on my TWT express card I'm still being charged intrest on a zero balance and insurance and service fee. I called in to get it sorted out to which someone said it was a mistake and proceeded to do nothing about it. i called in today again and told im liable for that R78 on zero balance, this is clearly unlawful and and if its not resolved ill be taking it up with the NCR
I was in in an incident end of February 2020 claim rejected in April. I was just sent a mail with a number in KZN and told to go collect my cars and pay all the fees for storage and towing to get my reparable car out. Firstly what's important to note is been with them for almost 2 and a half years through broker called Successio I've suffered a devastating loss and they cant lift a finger to help. to this day I don't even know where my car is and what payments will be expected of me which I'm not even suppose to be paying for in the first place. Insurance is suppose to indemnify you not bankrupt you. My car is now being held hostage during level 4 when most business are open and I will no doubt be given a hefty storage fee which they are suppose to pay for in the first place since they authorized my car to go there without my knowledge or consent. I could have just parked my car at home. Its being stored at Mandos holdings who are unable to make a simple arrangement to release the car but will happy to charge me storage fees.
