I have insurance with budget insurance when I had no Idea that I have an option for cash back bonus in fact they never told me about it I only heard this month of which it’s something they should have told me about 2 years ago when I joined them….I am not happy because I qualify for cash back bonus but it was not active on my insurance…I’ve been paying without fail for 2years and never claimed I deserve cash back bonus
I had a simcard contract with vodacom they handed over my account to VVM And I paid full amount of R438 on September 2023 but still Vodacom says it is not showing on their records and it’s affecting my credit score. I made contact with VVM and they said my account is no longer with them and I do receive statement of account from Vodacom I owe them nothing
I’ve been receiving emails from MFC that I must send the a proof of my car insurance and I did and I kept receiving same email over and again, Today I’ve just received and email saying that I have agreed or accepted their added product and my instalment will increase by R800 why? Coz I have my own car insurance I don’t need their product

Im not happy with the service I've got from Eagle liner bus, It is always late. Today I was traveling from Johannesburg to Umtata The driver sad I must pay R100/R50 I gave him 50 for the china bag i was carrying with my clothes in it no heavy things so basically I was paying him because I used china bag instead of traveling bag He just showed me a piece of paper with prices which do not make any sense to me
Im not happy with your service lately i ordered 2 combo blanket i canceled 1 combo last month you charged me for the 2 combo i phoned a finance department last month and the lady told me that she will fix it i will have to pay less amount this month but still i received your statement including the combo of which didn't receive it wht must i do please dont make me angry
