My granddaughter had the worst crown birthday when we visited Santa Monica Spur in Muizenberg today. First there was a horrible delay with my daughter’s food. The waitress Sarah-Jan appeared to be helpful but I can honestly say that she still requires alot of customer service training. We told her the initial reason for the visit to the restaurant and she said that they will be singing the traditional happy birthday song for my granddaughter which sadly never materialised. Another group sang for someone else later and we were hoping that they will do the same for us but hell no…it didnt happen. I mean its not so much about making a hoohaa about the singing part but the waitress just conveniently forgot the purpose of our visit. Never ever will we trust any Spur restaurant to celebrate any occasion with my family. We tipped the waitress anyway even though it was noy deserved at all
I visited the Ackermans Clothing store in Capricorn Park, Muizenberg on Friday 2024/02/02 and had to do a refund. Wow, I must say that Jaselyn (not too sure about the spelling of her name, offered phenomenal and exceptional service. I have been to many Ackermans stores before but this store is giving other Ackermans stores a run for their money. The passion, dedication and just being great custodians for the brand, is incredible!!! The whole Team deserves an increase and promotions!!!!
Never experienced such horrible and unprofessional service from Sheldon Macheke. I explained that I could not load a water token, bear in mind I had no water available at home. He could not even pick up that I mistakenly gave him the incorrect meter number and assumed that it was wrong. No probing or going the extra mile to assist a customer. He advised me to replace the batteries of the device and that it should be up and running, problem fixed. Hell no it was not fixed because he did not care to do any further trouble shooting. He went quiet and I had to ask him if he was still online but he abruptly ended the chat and there I was left with no resolution whatsoever. This is just plain rudeness and lack of product skills. What the heck is he still doing in a contact center????? People like him has no passion and is probably just sitting on his behind earning some bucks.What an embarrassment to such a crucial service provider. I was supposed to rate this review with 1 star or none at all but because of Andre Fortuin at Blue Route Mall Burger King who actually went above and beyond to satisfy a very livid customer. He should be rewarded and promoted for his outstanding commitment to his customers. So I used the Mr D app earlier today to order a medium size Bacon King Meal....and low and behold I got some ****py sluggish burger with no bacon and a quarter filled glass of Pepsi Light to the value of R149,90. This just made me so mad that you pay for a service and product and still receive everything else than what you have ordered. I firstly had to deal with a very cheeky Mr D delivery guy and then when I opened the packet to "enjoy" my lunch, I had to experience more madness!!!!!How worse can a Friday get? I immediately called Blue Route's contact number and Andre answered the telephone and accepted my ranting and raving with total grace. It does not end there for wonderful Andre. He kept his promise and called me back and explained the unfortunate situation and he delivered a satisfactory meal, personally, to my place of work and that is what I call a Customer Service Champion. I wish that SA outlets will learn from Andre and adopt his attitude and passion. I will ensure that the rest of the country get to know Andre Fortuin and what he stands for and deliver. The world needs more Andres!!!! Give that man an increase and promotion please!!!!!!
I am totally disgusted by the way the security guards at Villa d’Algarve are conducting themselves. Getting themselves at involving them with tenant’s personal circumstances which is not allowed. I am a tenant at the complex and my partner was not allowed access to the complex because the ****** security guard found it fit to inform my partner that my ex is visiting and that we are having a braai and we had family time. What right did he have to disclose that type of information which he did not have any right to and privilege of. That caused a major breakdown in my personal relationship with my partner and I find it totally unacceptable. When I receive a visitor I expect protocol to be followed and receive a call from security and I will be able to pass judgement and not the security guard. I am totally disgusted by this type of behaviour and find it extremely revolting. Not only is their service inconsistent but it is at a point where it affected my personal relationship with my partner negatively because Errol found it all in order to divulge personal information to my partner which he was not privvy of. Where do you draw the line??? My visitors are being blackmailed in to buying the security cooldrink before they can enter????? How am I supposed to feel safe and secured with type of conduct from as sedurity company? How do I remedy my relationship with my partner when a flippin security made decisions for me????!
I dealt with a query on my partner's behalf and Manqoba was phenomenal. My experience was a bit frustrating at the beginning, but he really showed what he was capable of. My query has been solved in less than 48 hours and my partner and I are happy. Pace Fleet Services should be hiring more staff like Manqoba. Thanks so much for your tenacity and phenomenal service!!! Hope you receive a reward or bonus soon! And not forgetting a promotion.
2 people at Vox Telecom ( Nicole and Lorenzo) displaying poor customer service and obviously requiring more training in selling skills. Under delivering and over promising....send messages which is left unread or show no interest...promise to look into my application and status and never to be heard of again. This is absolutely unacceptable service given to a completely new client, and I was referred to the company through a mutual acquaintance. However, there are still competent and customer focused agents who still live up to customer expectations, hence me not cancelling my application with the organization.
A huge shoutout to Brenda at Harcourts in Muizenberg. I have been dealing with her for quite a while and she always seems to amaze me with her passion for her job. Nothing is too big or too small for her to handle. She is diligent and always ensure that my query is handled with the highest level of professionalism and is always prompt with following up and providing me with feedback. Hats off to Shakira Mobarra at MTN Blue Route Mall in Tokai. What an exceptional and phenomenal Customer Service Person. She was diligent, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly. She really made me feel at home with her wonderful personality and passion for her job. She is the main reason for me referring all my friends and family to MTN and continuing my business with them. A true and valuable asset to the company. If all the outlets can have more of Shakira, MTN will never ever lose clients. Even though she wore a mask, her bright smile was extremely visible!!!!!!
Vodacom fibre is completely useless. Been without internet since 6 April and I had to use my airtime to contact them to ascertain what the issue is. My son is suffering because he cannot complete his online assignments and tasks, yet I religiously pay my account monthly. This is totally unacceptable and so unprofessional. Who is going to cover my extra expenses that I had to spend on making urgent alternative arrangements just so that my son can hand in his assignments on time????? Thank God my contract is month to month. Cancelling with immediate effect and will spread the word amongst family and friends not to sign up with Vodacom fibre.
