Constant spam addressed to another person. They don’t answer the phone. Terrible company.
SMEG undoubtedly have great products, I have a few. Their customer service and after sales service is absolutely terrible. I called into client services today to make a complaint, firstly it is almost impossible to get hold of anyone, I finally spoke to Michelle who is apparently in charge of customer services, she had no time for me, she did not listen the problems I am having trying to find a spare part, all she did was put me through to the service department without an apology, the gentleman there told me he has not been around for a while and did not know what is going on! I think this says it all. Apparently it is a family run business, certainly does not feel like that from a customer point of view. So in summary great products terrible service.
Fruugo uses the South African Post Office for delivery, so DO NOT order from them. You will never receive the parcel.
I contacted PayFast to tell them that one of their merchants is processing *****ulent transactions. The specific merchant is Book Direct. PAYFAST could not care, I spoke to Mat he says the only way to stop them doing this is for me to go to my bank. I spoke to my bank, it takes 30 days. How many more people will be ********** in the next 30 days. It is a joke.
Book direct debited my account using PayFast, my only option is to cancel my card and try to get the money back. This means I need to get a new credit card and go to the bank which is a real waste of time. Mike who runs book direct does not answer emails. They do not have a phone number to contact. STAY AWAY!
If you purchase an item the warranty only exists with the branch you bought it from. IE you can’t return it via another store Computer Mania should make this very clear in all their stores. I wasted a lot of time and travel costs with not knowing this information.
I have been with MWEB since they first opened their 'doors' 1997. First I was on dial up, then ADSL, then fibre. After endless problems with my fibre connection I ended it and was only left with an email address. Their email service is so so bad that I am now also giving up my MWEB email address after 25 years! Quite a big move but their technical support is so bad I just can't go on. GOODBYE MWEB.
Absolutely terrible client service on all levels.
I bought a new Whirlpool washing machine and tumble dryer in 2017 which are both out of warranty, I am extremely happy with both products. Unfortunately the washing machine has already started rusting which is very disappointing, It is the first time I have bought Whirlpool products and expected them to last more than 3 years… I have invested quite a a bit in them and now wondering if there is anything that can be done to rectify the problem. This is the response from customer services via email: Thank you for contacting KIC/Whirlpool. We do not log service tickets for cosmetic damages such as dents, scratches and rust. Rusting is due to environmental or maintenance which occurs over time. Therefore, we cannot log a service ticket to assist if the unit does not have a functional fault. I have never had a washing machine rusting after 3 years, I have a Samsung which stands outside (8 years now) and it by the coast which has no rust. They could not care that they sell inferior products, if it rusts tough. Rather buy Samsung, Defy or SMEG.
It is not the 'home of pure internet joy' as they say in their ad, but 'the home of pure internet misery'. Great products but absolutely terrible technical support. They have 4 ways you can connect to their support desk 1. Call in and you wait for hours and the staff are not equipped to help and keep putting you on hold to ask other people what to do, and if they need to transfer you to another department they ask you to call in again .... 2. Their WhatsApp support takes so long that by the time they get back to you you're in a meeting or on the road 3. They call you back, this would be nice of they did not call back at 9:45pm when you are done for the day 4. Live chat has not been working for months now
