I have referred clients to them verbally and i have given them the names of the clients i have referred but they do not want to pay me. I have spoken to Nthabiseng Nkonoane their agent and she said they work on codes which their never gave to me. Its so sad that these companies advertise lies about the referral program. They only want clients but they don't like paying the referral fees.
very disgusted with the way they always try to ***** money from my account. I have terminated their contract with the reason that i can't continue with gym because of side effects which i experience after gym and the dirt water the milnerton gym provides which is one of the reasons why i terminated. I have sent an email explaining my situation but no response. I have signed a month to month contract but these guys always change reference for debit orders. Iam always paying charges because of them trying to debit my account regardless of me emails to them. This is *****ulent and i will make sure that i will sue them.
They advertise fibre 25/25 Mbps for R535 but when they send an invoice they add extras without you knowingly and when you question them they stopped your services. I have signed up with them for a R535 deal and the Invoice come up with R604.03. I HAVE TRIED TO ASK QUESTIONS BUT NO-ONE IS RESPONDING. Iam about to lose my job because of the service they have terminated. My job requires a 25/25 mbps but i can't work now as they suspended my services because of the *****ulent charges, If i can lose my job i will sue them.
Logged a complaint and send emails but no correspondence

Bought a freezer on the 8th of December and found out that the brand new defy was broken. On the 11th I took the freezer back and the manager lezette refused to give me cash and refunded through a card payment. Till today I do not have money back into my account. This place is bad. They treat clients like ****. I have used transport to fetch and return the broken freezer and it costed me R700. I have send emails with invoices asking if they can reimburse my money and noone responded. I have now escalated the matter through my legal team.
Had a dispute with paycity and when scorpion was involved in the matter all the money i paid them was refunded to my account. With the help of FATIMA SHEIK all was so simple as she made sure that i was refunded. Thank you Fatima and Scorpion for making our lives better. Being represented by them made me feel respected. Fatima was making sure that all the updates were given to me intime.
I took a policy with these people 2018 and i have been paying for the policy. Last year in September AND October i was sick due to covid and i did not have money to pay as i was on seek leave. In November i paid my policy including the arrears. Nobody told me that the policy lapsed which affected the natural causes waiting period. I lost my grandmother today and when i called them to claim the services, i was told that my policy is up to date however it lapsed with 1 day and i can not get help. I have paid these guys all in all R8204.00 and now they are not willing to help me with my grandmother's burial. This is not fair to me as i wanted my grandmother to be buried with dignity. Iam so heartbroken in this company and i will take them on through the insurance ombudsman. Nobody told me anything when i enquired last month if my policy is up-to-date. I was told my policy is up to date.
