Pay Fast for merchants is not suitable for small businesses. The Transaction fees are high, then they charge a payout fee on top of it all. Then it takes DAYS to get a payout it's not INSTANT at all, it's false advertising. You will wait, your small business will suffer. Ozow is a GREAT alternative except they don't have Card Transaction ability.
Exorbitantly High prices for setting timing on an overlocker I hardly used bought from them in late 2021. DON'T buy smitch it's not durable, and get a local guy to do timing for you, there's other options.
Good day, I have contacted the Ombuds for assistance with getting a refund from Makro and My Wellness. I made a order on Makro Online which ended us having 88 tablets instead of the advertised 90 tablets. My Wellness sent a courier to take the tablets back because they were missing 2 tablets and never sent new ones. I've waited over a month since my initial complaint. Makro is doing nothing to assist. I;ve seen HelloPeter complaints of My Wellness where people do not get refunds I just want my money back at this point
Very Disappointing service from Kaashefa. I ordered the same weight of fabric that I had once ordered, only to receive it and see that it's a different weight. After I asked them about it, AFTER I paid, only then does she tell me that they have different shipments with different quality and weights. Then she refused to process a Refund, when she is the one who neglected to tell me that. I would not have ordered to begin with if I knew that the fabric they have is INCONSISTENT.
Amina Rhoda from Fabrics is RUDE and LIES on customers, when you call she keeps hanging up on a client who paid with hard earned money. Their delivery people delivered at the wrong place and Amina refuses to give a refund.
They will NEVER EVER give a client a refund. They are stealing from people when it's their lockers that have issues. You'll hear every excuse in the book for them not to give you your money back for a locker you did not use.
Amanda is extremely rude and has zero customer experience knowledge. There's better customer service out there, plus their Vilene Fusing was not sticking. I was promised a refund, nothing has happened.
I've been a loyal client for 2 years. I sent a complaint regarding ***UAL HARRASMENT from one of their male receptionists at Menlyn Mall, they took it very lightly and gave us a vague cold response, they did not tell us what measures will be taken for this not to happen again. The HR department is not helpful at all.

****From a 5 star to 1 star*** Got a rude driver (Paul Oupa) who was shouting at me, being unruly while I was home alone as a female. Just because I canceled an order and rerodered. It was Very scary and threatening. I reported him and they told me they can't prevent him from coming to my house again. I'm done.
