These people trying to force me to pay R1000 as my contact ended months ago and seeing as they ignored my emails FLAT when i tried to communicate with them in July when i was inquiring why i still had payments going off tgey said they would need my ID to look into it THEN IGNORED ME AND NEVER GOT BACK TO ME now they refusing to take responsibility even though i have the proof that they are in the wrong! Pathetic I will not be paying a cent to you thieves!
There's no option for negative stars. Communication is so shoddy.... IT DOESN'T EXIST! we are waiting over a month for our deposit to be paid back, they keep coming up with excuses not to pay! Eg "the lady who handles that isn't here at the moment" of so damn convenient 3pm on a Thursday.... Theses people never seem to be at work and some of the agents are rude and don't know their a** from their elbow.
So administration can't seem to send the right statement for me to pay water etc. If i get charged a late fee i will be taking this further legally because Monday was the last day and YOU(REMAX) neglected to send me correct statement so the late fee is for remax to cover. Communication from Remax is so none existing may as well talk to a wall. Would get more back from a wall
The nurses were friendly and tried to be helpful. I would give them 4 stars. The Doctors on the other hand. I would love to give minus 10 starts. Surgeons with attitude issues, just because i had my pvt Dr (a family doctor for over 40 years) diagnosis me with appendicitis, you arrogant ignorance leads you to throw out all info, scans done, drs notes(even of your own drs)... To make me sit in casualties for 11hrs redoing tests again and again while in absolute agony. There was one intern that asked me questions, hats off to you. The surgeon saying "I don't need to know how her life is going" BULL. an extremely stressful life can cause medical issues so darling, it is important.
Useless. Dont communicate when you need them and then decide because they had an issue on their side from October that my debit order wasn't run. So i had to pay manual and then BAM begin on this month they decided lets debit my account 3 TIMES IN 1 DAY! CLOSE MY MOBILE ACCOUNT. I DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH INCOMPETENCE STEALING MY MONEY.
I have told people over the phone a few times to cancel the extra sim card, i keep getting told yes it will be done and yet i am still paying for it. For months now!!!! Bunch of liers.
Ferndale on Republic. So someone at the pharmacy is taking meds on my account and then i get accused of not paying for my medication. Call it theft, call is whatever. But this is disgusting.
Well studid is as stupid does. Bunch of idiots with iphones mist probably... Guys my account has had an issue from 2019 and yet all i get is a "your account seems to be blocked from our system, we can't fix it so go read the ts and cs" How the freak does that help me!?!?!?!?!?!? Support? Theres no damn support from the support team!
Beautiful as always but don't go on big days, there were soany people walking around without masks I felt very uncomfortable. We saw the "mask patrol" was cute and nice to see the effort but sadly members of the public that think they are above the rules makes it so horrible. But Monte is always clean clean and amazing.
How can your. Printing go from R60 to R100 in the matter. Of 6 month???! Disgusted will not be supporting you ripoffs again
