Received great service with no hassle, it was even quick to attend to request.
Wrong part was ordered and Michelle (Service consultant) has advised, that I should take the globes and try a fitment center to put them on for me. they had stated that the globes are wrong and are not for that car. Please advise when ordering the globes did the technician state which ones are they and show the sample from the vehicle? Now this is going to charge me again to buy new ones and this is not my fault that Ford has ordered the part at the customers expense.
Calbus Properties - Boksburg have not actually refuses to pay me what my tenant has paid the utilities money for the past 3 months I have sent emails and called the office, called the manager Zanele and still no feedback. they will tell you that the money is in their creditors account that is due to me but aren't going to release it. They are to quick to take their management fee but lack management skill. They are *****sters and really care about their customers at all.
On the 12th of September I have written a complain of the poor service that we are receiving from Rain, we are told because the Router has been ****** (WITH A CASE NUMBER) we have to pay R4000.00 and that we were supposed to read the terms and conditions before using their services, which no one had advised us too. I then asked if they could send us a sim since well there is a spare router that we can use, Rain then declines and says they have to deliver the whole product? Guys we only need the sim can you assist on that?
On the 1 of September 2023 I have called and reported to Rain that my Router has been ****** and was told that their investigating department will call me, I have the reference number till today they have been calling and their Team Leader is so RUDE and is so adamant that they have called us for feedback, Rain lies a lot and now we don’t have Internet, they really don’t have any sense of urgency at all. It’s really disgusting and they will expect their next payment especially they are good with send messages with that.
She partially understood what I wanted and managed to give me the service required
We still have not received any feedback as Mr Price Mobile are crooks, pure scammers
On the 06th of November 2022 we purchased a phone at Mr Price Birch Acres Mall and it was not in a good condition and took it back within the period of 7 days and Jemia ( Sales consultant) took the initiative to be a Technician which took him for ours to find the problem and could not even find, and said the phone was fine. We still encountered problems with the phone, and took it back and he said he will book it in for service, mind you this is a brand new phone( how disgusting and pathetic) phone was taken in and still we are encountering problems. On Saturday we took it in, Jemia called the Area Manager ( Christina) said NO it must go in for service again. My question is that the Terms and Conditions says Phone maybe returned within 7 days and we will be given our money back but nothing whatsoever, Can this be solved because this is absolutely nonsense
Disgusting service We have been waiting for about an 1 hour 30min to be helped , service consultants sit for hours with clients a simple transfer we have to wait for hours in the bank , everyone is going out for lunch while 20 customers are waiting that is really absurd Greenstone needs to pull up it’s socks , their service is poor
I have been trying to get hold of Foschini Festival Mall 011 281 8800 and they don't answer their phone and I am desperately need of something urgently, i have called the operations still not getting any help Can we have employees answering their phone please because we need item and don't want to drive for nothing
