The best online shopping experience. The first time I saw a Shein ad on Facebook, I was very sceptical. I ordered one dress. I wasn't expecting much, but now, years later, Shein is the only place I can find clothes I like for myself.
I ordered an incorrect item from Takealot on the 17th of February. Full payment was made, and after cancelling my order, I am still waiting for my money to be refunded
I saw a comforter set online, phoned Mr P Home at Fountains Mall, Jeffreys Bay. I gave a detailed description of the item to the salesperson, who assured me they have it in stock and would hold one for me. I drove 45km to get to Mr Price Home, only to be informed that they don't stock the product, and have never heard of the product. That the product I was asking about was a cot duvet set. I am sorry, this is unacceptable. I was assured by the salesperson that they have the Abigail Single Bed Comforter set, and that the price is R179.99 as advertised. I saw the product on theirwebsite, which shows on the website that they have 5 in stock of the product, so why tell me that they have never stocked that product, after informing me, that the product is in stock.
So I finally got contacted by Outsurance. They couldn't beat my current insurer, I have been claim-free for more than 3 years and I qualified for the cashback promotion. I supp**** them with all the documents they requested, told them I wanted the money deposited into my account, and I was told that it would take 10 working days, that was at the end of August. We are heading for the end of September, and I still haven't received my money, and I still haven't had any response from them.
An Outsurance agent contacted me and they did the whole song and dance as in the adverts, that if they can't beat your current insurance they will give you R500 and if you haven't claimed in the past 3 years will give you R1500. So they couldn't beat my current insurance and have claimed in the past 3 years. I am still waiting for my R500 or R1500. I was called almost every day by the agent and later his supervisor, and I had to beg them to please remove my number.
I have been trying to query my electricity bill with the KLM for almost a month, and they state that I am in arrears, but all my invoices have been paid in full. I phoned, almost every day, but there was no answer at the offices. The line is always busy, and only one lady in the call centre has been accommodating, but I think she might have reached the end of her rope as well.
A homeowner made a deposit from an overseas bank into our business account, and Standard Bank a I need to complete the forms to release the money into our account. Standard Bank has been no help at all in assisting me to complete the forms or even assist me in how to complete the forms. I find it ridiculous that they won't assist you telephonically and insist that you send emails only, and receive computer-generated replies, that repeat the same things over and over again. All I want is for a human to answer me and explain to me exactly what I need to do.

I overpaid my duty tax and received an e-mail to thank me for my payment, but I still owe my duty tax. I am still holding waiting for my call to be answered and for my query to be resolved. Even though I love Sheins' clothes this might be the last time I order from them. If there was a -star I would have given the company a -10
They present themselves as a charitable organization, that is managed by two people using drugs, they mislead people with their intentions.
