DStv your service is a disaster , no wonder you are loosing customers! I tried your Whatapp Chat , what a joke can not even register our log in , then tried your helpdesk , poor people cannot even comprehend what the issue is! And keep on saying reboot the decoder! Seriously!
We purchased a Christmas tree and upon the reviews we took a change, the tree was quite at a huge discount (they have AMAZING deals 🤩) and we decided it is worth the try, our order came early and we went to collect at our local pick up point (soo convenient) we quickly unwrapped our tree with excitement overwhelming our bodies and minds to have received the most beautiful tree of all, exactly as the pictures on the site. 🤩
Has the most convenient service, they are effective and efficient. My parcel came earlier than date that was given and I had gotten updates on my parcel at all times. I was not available for pickup but the courier phoned and arrange to make a plan for me to ensure that I get my parcel. Packaging was sealed and safely packed. I most definitely will use Superbalist again!
The absolute worst customer service! Have been trying to do an upgrade for 4 weeks and they keep having excuses as to not assist. Our branch keeps telling us to call customer care and customer care keeps telling us to go to the branch just because they couldn’t do their job correctly and upload our details on the system when we took out our contract! I would absolutely not recommend them they are utterly useless! And they never care to assist and resolve the issue!
If I was allowed to give zero stars I would! The service at the Kathu branch was absolutely horrible, we waited +2 hours for our food and the owner just kept coming with excuses as to why our food is not ready yet. Eventually after 30mins (which was said will be 10) our food finally started arriving some room temp and others so warm you can taste it was just made. (All that time waiting and we were the ONLY table left in the Cafe)
Bought The wrap, burger, pops and large chips deal at KFC Kathu Village mall only to find out when we started eating the sauce and burgers’s chicken was sour! Totally disgusting and unprofessional that they would serve this to customers
Ordered online from Wimpy Kuruman, a while after we went to go fetch our food, then only did the lady say :” We don’t have chicken mayo but the rest is ready.” Why not call me before hand letting me know? Totally the worst service I’ve ever experienced from a Wimpy
Most horrible service! They are using a third party service for delivery and a guy called Willem Malgas finally delivered and had the most ****y attitude claiming he was here the day before and had phoned but no one was home while we were home. Then we have also received the wrong package. Do not use this service provider as they are completely pathetic.
Takealot Pick up point Kathu Northern Cape has the most worst employees and customer service. Not only are they not available but they ignore customers by locking the door and hide in back office. A sign is put up “back in 5 minutes” but we have been back and forth for 45 minutes and still no one available to assist, but they will open and close the office doors to the back. Pathetic
PATHETIC is an understatement for these guys. I have never dealt with a courier service this bad. I cannot understand that Postnet use them and the service is spectacular but if you use Aramex self it’s like a new level of disappointment. They do not call you or leave a message that they are there to deliver your stuff and then when you phone them they say no they will try again tomorrow. Tomorrow the same happens and then they say no it will be shipped on Monday ? CAN COMPANIES PLEASE STOP USING THEM!! Rather send Postnet to Postnet if you can it’s way better!!!
