This insurance company is been taking money from my persal for years now and I have never taken insurance from them. I was made aware by my HR manager when she asked me if I took life insurance from lion of Africa on which I said no, I’ve never even heard of the name before. She explained that the reason she’s asking is cause a lot of people in our department complained that this insurance company is taking money from them and they never took life insurance from the company and also don’t know how to stop them from taking money from their perusal. I need them to stop and pay me back all the money they’ve been taking all this time because what they are doing is insurance *****.
My car is a second hand car that I’ve had for 7 years now and for 6 years without experiencing any problems with the car. Last year I took the car for service at this place. After the service they told me that the lower arm controls, the water bottle and other things needed to be replaced and they gave me a quotation. I took my car to them to get the parts replaced and ever since than I started experiencing problems with my car. The thermostat is not working and engine water started to over heat and appeared muddy. They now claim that the rubber of the water bottle cap is finished. Last year December 23rd the right lower arm control unhooked and the wheel came out but luckily I was driving at 20km/h and did not get hurt. According to the other mechanic the bolt that’s supposed to keep it together stripped and the rubber is cracked . I had to buy a new lower arm control. The company is refusing to take any accountability for putting on an old bolt on a new lower arm control
Vox is charging me 2000 for hardware I’ve been asking them to come and fetch. After cancelling my subscription with Vox they were set to come and retrieve their hardware from me on the 12 August 2024 of which they didn’t. According to them they couldn’t retrieve the hardware as I was not available which is not true. I was at home at the time and no-one came nor did anyone call to check if I am available. I have tried several times to email to request them to fetch their equipment, with no response from them.
We as customers we are not happy because aramex and buffalo couriers are doing the exact same thing for the same company but aramex demand way more money for customs.
I have been an MTN customer for more than 10 years and today I received the worset customer service ever. I've been sent from pillar to post from 8.30am this morning by their call center agents and each telling me contradicting things, others deciding to put me through without listening to what I had to say and others just hanging up on me. A I wanted was to do a simswap on a number I lost over the weekend. When I'm at the prepaid department they tell me that the number is under contract and that there is nothing they can do. At the contract department they tell me that the number is under prepaid and that they can't help me either. Issue this is my primary number and I use it for all my personal things
Deep Cleaning Services Worst company ever. They were supposed to deep clean my house, clean the stove and oven, wash my couch, rug, mattress, headboard and walls. They did a terrible job at everything and worse the owner of the company bleached my headboard. This all happened in December and she promised to fix my headboard by the end of January, then she changed and said end of February. I’ve been very patient and understanding since the business is still relatively new. Today is 6 April and she says she will only be able to do it in June. No explanation as to why. I eventually told her not to bother. If I could I’d post pictures
I was assisted by Charl Fourie. He was very helpful and patient. He helped me get the best deal and continued helping me after securing a loan for me. It took him less than 24hours to secure alone for me and get it approved. I definitely recommend them. They are very efficient
Ram couriers is the worst courier service. I’ve been waiting for a parcel since last week Friday. When I call their call center the phone just ring and gets hanged up or they put me on hold and than hang up the phone. Yesterday when I eventually got through they said that they would deliver the parcel today I’m still waiting. They have the worst service ever.
This is the second time I buy 10Gig Vodacom data worth R110 that is supposed to last for7 days and it would get finished within 2 or 3 days with out me having misused it.
I bought a wallet, keyholder and cuffing from them and I have to say I’m happy with the quality of the products and how honest they were with when Id receive my goods. I would definitely recommend them to other people
