Terrible, terrible service. I ordered from them back then and everything went smooth. But these days, nothing works. I placed another order trusting them based on previous experience but this time around, there was no delivery and no communication. The last thing they sent was an invoice with an ETA but then they went AWOL. Never order from this company at all. They have poor delivery and I feel like they've just turned into ****mers.
I recently called Cartrack to test my device, and I had the pleasure of speaking with Remofilwe Bosman. She was incredibly helpful, providing me with the exact location of my vehicle and identifying nearby landmarks. Additionally, she assisted me in updating my information on their system. My experience with Cartrack has been outstanding so far, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services to friends and family.
I've been a frequent shopper at MyRunway and I'm consistently impressed by their great variety of clothes and shoes, competitive prices, and fast delivery. They offer different payment methods which add to the convenience. Although I once had an issue with a missing package due to their delivery partner, Aramex, MyRunway's support team, especially Khanya, was incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to locate and ensure the package was delivered. Despite occasional hiccups with their delivery partner, MyRunway's customer service is top-notch. It's definitely worth ordering from them, and I'd recommend MyRunway anytime of the day.
I was supposed to receive an order from my Runway via Aramex but my order just disappeared. I got an email confirming delivery, which never happened. The was no communication at all from the delivery guy, even a missed call. I believe the driver stole my order and made a **** confirmation. The support staff is not even helping, maybe they know what they all do in that company. Such a big disappointment from a reputable brand. If I were you, I'd stay away from Aramex South Africa unless you want your order to go MIA.
Service delivery could be better but my issue was resolved even though there were some minor hiccups. Overall, the agents who assisted me were knowledgeable, understanding and very helpful.
I've ordered twice from GeeWiz in Sandton. Both times I was satisfied. The service delivery is fast and their prices are great. They have a great selection of products and they will get stock from their partners if they don't have stock in hand. The staff members are very professional and easy to work with, from the officers at the gate to the the staff who handed me my package.
So far the experience is good. I like the real time update on my phone. The car watch feature also works great but they only call twice with no follow up if you didn't answer. I just did a unit test on the tracker and Rifuwo Bila was able to assist me and tell me the location my car was at.
So far the experience is good. I tested their Carwatch feature and I got a call from Thabang Moepi who immediately called to check if I was okay and then she explained to me everything about how it works. I can now say my car is safe in parking with Cartrack and Carwatch
This is just for Saratoga Village (Respublica). The only good things are the single rooms, safety and that the distance to campus is short. Otherwise, service delivery is terrible. Water can just disappear and they won't send any communication. Electricity can be on and off. They say they have a back-up generator but that thing forgets to turn on during loadsheding or they'll juts switch it on for 17 minutes. The laundry machines can go months without functioning, so does the elevator, so you'll enjoy taking the stairs. As for the wifi, it works when it wants to. The Fields Accommodation is apparently better.
This is the second time I'm ordering from them and I'm more than satisfied. They have great prices and their delivery time is fast. I got constant update on my order through calls and emails. I would definitely recommend them.
