I purchased a pair of Jordan Flight Club 91 sneakers from this store, and after noticing a manufacturing flaw within 6 months, I lodged a formal complaint. Unfortunately, I received no meaningful feedback or resolution. In terms of the Consumer Protection Act, Section 56, consumers have the right to safe, good quality goods that are durable and free from defects. Whether a flaw is considered “minor” or not, it still constitutes a defect, and the retailer is obliged to offer a repair, replacement, or refund. By failing to respond and address this matter, the store has not only shown poor customer service but is also disregarding the legal obligations set out in the CPA. This is unacceptable for a retailer of this scale and reputation. I cannot recommend this store, as they fail to uphold both customer rights and basic accountability.
I am disgusted in Incredible connect head office. on the 15 of September I made to additional payments to Incredible connect over and above my debit order. I then received the statement for October and see only 1 stop order payment on the statement. I then email query@connectfin.co.za. which Lionel Evans then response, shame poor *********** person. he sends me a statement, but the additional payment still doesn't reflect, and this is what he says n the email: Good day Mr. Davids, Please ignore the previous email l sent to you as the 2nd R300.00 still does not reflect although the balance does decrease by R600.00. The error is within the statement print logic. I have requested the IT department to assist and will forward you a corrected statement. Regards Lionel Evans Customer Account Management (CAM) after a sent him a response to this email he then does not respond to me since the 25/10/2023. I tried calling their call center. Once you explain to the agents they then disappear on the system. I don't now what to do as my last payment must be in December.
This is the best service I have ever received; the delivery date was said to have taken 1-3 working days and that was done, Justin and Bradley from the Bellville branch kept me update to date with the delivery dates and times. Their prices are the cheapest compared to their competitors. Definitely would recommend them!!!!!!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK :)
House & Home is the worst ever, they have a price beat option but when i go there and show them the cheap appliance elsewhere they state that is doesn't apply with special. So then remove the policy 1 type its useless.
This process with this organisation is being beyond exhausting. I have been trying to purchase myself a home and when i checked my credit record in March i discovered i had a judgement against my name. However i had settled that account the month before and done a dispute with Experian. Experian then removed the judgement after 30 business days. Now after 3 months the judgement was placed on my account again for what given reason. Also my score as been remained on 613 since March and i have been paying my accounts on time and more then supposed to why is not my credit score moving and please remove my judgement urgently. If this matter is not resolved successfully i will be taking this matter to the Credit ombudsman.
My credit score is sitting at a all time low. Which for me is very confusing, as I do not have any accounts in arrears or do not have much debt and many accounts. I am trying to apply for a bond but I cannot as Experian has failed to update my credit score. For what reason is it so low? what factors gets taken into an account when rating a credit score. very upset.
Highly disappointing. Would never recommend this company to any one. On the 28 of April, I purchased a bed from dial via online, normally when you purchase something online normally the website would indicate if there is stock or no stock. Two weeks has passed and then I received an email from a Jeanet, (which I must say is extremely unprofessional and does not response to my emails) stating they are out of stock there was no apology or any date of stock for delivery. I decided to contact dial a bed and then someone could not give me an answer and said he would call back, instead I got an email from Jeanet stating that delivery would be done end of May. I then called again last week and spoke to Natalie stating she need to get back to me up until today they did not call. They would not even offer me an alternate bed since they sold something they do not have stock. Not to mention I am sleeping a broken bed while dial a bed fails to delivery. It’s a shame how they treat their customers
On the 07 August 2019 I bought a MOLLY FABRIC SLEEPER COUCH. however the. when using the sleepers couch for it dual purpose, he had problems retracting the sleepers. I contacted Decofurn on the 22 December for resolution and someone only referred it to the relevant department on the 6 January, which I understood du to the fact that it was festive season and most people take leave. however Decofurn failed to get back to me up until now. I wont be purchasing anything from them anytime soon.
Hi there, I no longer know who to contact or what to do. We have recently moved and have been trying to get our line moved into our new house. After many hours on the phone, and being transferred back and forth between operators, and no-one being willing to escalate the problem or at the very least give us a date that this will happen, here I am. We were initailly told the transfer would happen within anywhere between a few days and a month, it has now been a month and a half. We have phoned almost daily, with no success, and we have basically been told to wait until we are contacted, but no-one has contacted us so far. I would like some feed back as to when the transfer will happen, who are we supposed to contact about it? I am very frustrated as we have still been paying for our phone line as well as our ADSL for this whole time with no sign of the transfer of the line happened any time soon. Some help would be appreciated
I bought a Defy side by side fridge in a game Kenilworth on the 17/12/2017; on the second day of the delivery of the fridge I notice the rubber on the freezer door is faulty. I immediately call game Kenilworth, they said they will send someone to replace it with a new fridge, 2 days passed no one arrived, I had to then go physically to the game branch where I had to find out what's going on only they told me that defy will deliver another fridge. This after they failed to return my proof of purchases, a couple of months later the inside of the freezer door cracks in half. After a couple of months finally getting the correct size of the freezer door they place the door. During this time the whole fridge and freezers motor decides to give in and not work, making me loose a months of grocery shopping. Neither game nor Defy could care less and sends out a technician to repair. Now a couple of months down the line same problem, where a frost free freezer now has frost the water dispense don’t work. I am totally unhappy with the product of Defy and the service of Game.
