Exceptional service ππΏ π As an African woman I struggle to get good service in Capetown but I walked into Ford Claremont and Recieved a warm welcome from the guy who sells brand new cars and I needed a pre-owned vehicle and he gave a warm handover to Theo the sales guy who gave me a top of the range car and the finance manager who is so warm and tries his best to get you a good offer. They went over and above to leave a good taste in my mouth. EXTREMELY FRIENDLY STAFF, Richard was amazing and they are such a great team. The previous dealer had dropped their standards in WC I complained several times but with this one I'm glad to call it home.
I ordered fibre from Mweb, from the 11 Dec and they never came to install. I then ordered from Vodacom on the 6th January after the disappointing service from MWEB but Vodacom took their own time to send the tech and still after the Octotel guys came Vodacom still hasn't provided me with a service the router still has no network. I'd call and airtime everyday to escalate and mail still since the 6th of January I didn't get help I work from home and I went bought LTE for R1000 last month just so I can work. I'd cancel but it a pity I need them
I ordered fibre through MWEB who's SP is Octotel and the has been issues since 11December till Jan 6th the fibre is not installed only to find out that there is fibre and router installed by the previous tenant. Even for the technician to be dispatched and activate the current equipment in my name its mission impossible. I work late shifts and I work from home but I cannot seem to get this sorted for a month now.
Worst experience in my entire life, I ordered fibre on the 11th December 2025 and today its the 2nd Jan 2026. I told them I'm working from home and till t9day it has not been delivered. I work night shift therefore I had to take leave to accommodate all this and compromised my job. I'm so disappointed π as for their WhatsApp AI generated chats it's the worst
I did a laybye for a refrigerator in OK furniture Wynberg CT Maynard mall and when I went to pay my 12k balance they told me that the item is out of stock. I was asked to pay more money for delivery which was not mentioned on the day of sale. I paid and I was told that it will be delivered 4 days later which is an inconvenience but still I wait and now it's six days later and I called the store to enquire, they told me that the sales person was not supposed to commit to a delivery date meaning I should have waited in limbo. This is laybye was for six months and I completed payment 2 months prior to end of term but still I receive this disappointing service π
They quoted me less than all trucks JHB to CT and I I was happy to save the next thing when they picked up my goods they quoted me extra 5000 when my goods were already in their possession. When I was not told if my goods are extra upon pick up and not told if my goods are more they'll charge me more. I had already moved out of town and could have arranged someone to go to storage and count to take an accurate inventory list. Now I arranged to pay on the 28th so I can have my goods by then and they still told me that the trucks just returned from CT and they'll pick by the weekend. I'm paying extra at the bnb, paying mint extra 4k after they reduced the 5k now I paid deposit and rent where I am staying but still mint has not delivered or provided a date to deliver. They are not at all cheaper than others they are also expensive.
I had the worst experience ever with the forex team I have a moneygram that was sent to me 3 days ago and I had an error on the fnb app to scan the ID, the sender scanned the ID numerous times successfully but I still cannot access to my money after numerous escalations yesterday today I was told to redo the steps and I did but now the new error is my ref number is incorrect and on the app it says scan the ID again. I spoke to Muambazi, Ritae and Thandiwe was my final straw who did not even understand or read to understand my query was completely unhelpful
So I wrote a review last week after I logged numerous tickets for Rain to reimburse me with no response suddenly after writing to Hellopeter they sent me a ticket number but still no reply from them since last week. They are so quick to give threats of disconnecting your internet if the account is in areas but now they don't even want to pay me back. Is there another way to handle this?
Last month I was double billed for my uncapped wifi and I sent numerous complaints asking for a refund no one from support called me simply because this is involving money not even a ticket number was issued. The rain network company is a total reap off, ****mer of note
I resigned from my previous employer 2 months ago after calculations that my provident fund will sustain me as I am looking for work. I still have not received my money I've escalated numerous times and now I am receiving letters of demands from my debtors and I am borrowing money to feed. What is point of leaving a job in order to better your academics for a better life if this happens. My health is deteriorating and if I am blacklisted I will not be employed this is ridiculous
