Disregard for the elderly
Absolutely pathetic. They made elderly and disabled people wait in long queue to renew their drivers license. Our senior citizens deserve better treatment.

Pathetic service
I bought a stove from Makro. Montaque Gardens, Milnerton. It arrived on 2 December 2023. The oven stores were not aligned. There were dents and scratches. I have been trying for 5 days to get them to collect it without success. They don’t answer phone or respond to emails. I visited the store on 5 December and was promised it be collected the following day. I’m still waiting. What a **** show. Everything about makro is pathetic.

I had a problem with my landline. I registered a fault and within 20 minutes the technician was on site and the cable fixed. I was very impressed. Great job

Crumbs
I regularly purchase Simba chips but I am constantly disappointed with the chips. The chips are squashed to crumbs. You lucky to find 5 chips intact. I now refrain from buying all chips from the shop.

Poor service
Pathetic service. Won’t recommend them. Took me more than 40 min to book in my vehicle. I was told that my vehicle would be ready at13:00. I only managed to get vehicle at 14:16. I was given an estimate invoice because the computer was not working. The internal fan was not working. They first said it was the intermittently. Not explaination then I’m told it’s the air conditioner motor. It would cost R9000 to repair. How can you give a quote without informing the customer what the problem is. The service was non existent
