takealot and fakealot the same
Takealot can change there name to Fakealot.com, 3 times in a row they manage to sent 6 items that was wrong delivered, photo;s etc were not the same and also the product totally not the same, and all they did is nothing, will never buy from fakealot again

PEOPLE DO NOT BUY AT DUESOUTH WHICH IS A FOSCHINI GROUP, THEY KEEP HARRASSING US BECAUSE WE CLOSE THE DUESOUTH ACCOUNT 3 MONTHS AGO AND DUSOUTH BLOEMFONTEIN CALL THEM 2 TIME TO MAKE SURE THAT THE ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED AND WAS CONFIRMED, NOW SUDDENLY FOR 2 WEEK DUESOUTH CALL US AND ADVICE WE MUST PAY r275 FOR NEW MAGAZINE FEE'S, BUT IT WAS CLOESED 3 MONTHS AGO WITH NO OUTSTANDING AMOUNT. DUESOUTH IS A STUPID non compliance COMPANY, GET A LIVE AND STOP CALLING US. THERE ARE NO MEDICINE TO HELP THEM.

i understand and do care about the lockdown essential list as per government, and respect it but Cellphone are essential to customers in lockdown periode because to keep updated about covid19 and to communicate to each other and if a emergency we can make calls, and on the essential list it is listed under telecommunication equipment and simcards, but dhl bloemfontein do not want to deliver because they said its not essential

fnb policy to cover credit card etc a big scam
i contacted fnb in regards to a policy they sold to me, i got injured and i hope it will cover my credit card etc. for the time, but excuses all the time and keep saying we'll come back to you. Even some of the managers at fnb bank could not believe it. very poor service. i did sent drs sick letter and the sick leave is way after the accident
