The last time I wrote a review about Max Law,it was taken down and I was told that I'm violating their rights, what about my rights as a client??I call their offices,the receptionist will answer and say That I'll put you through,but eventually my calls gets dropped.There's. Lady by the name Samara (If really she does exist)I have left countless messages for her,she promised to refund my money 7-14 working days and that didn't help.When I call their office number, they always says, we'll put you through,but then my phone drops and she never responds or get back to me..I have made screen shots of our conversations,I have screen shots of how many times I called in looking for resolution to my problem and it's never solved.I am being sent from pillar to post.The other day I called IMB and they said they don't deal with clients,they only wait for directives from Max Law then act.I just want my refund for lack of service.As a client,I made my agreed payments,but service was not delivered, now I want my refund,I always get a receptionist and a false promise
On my way back from work yesterday, I decided to grab a quick meal at Soshanguve Mall Chicken Licken,my order number was 3228,12 hot wings..My wings were not hot,not well done and had to collect my order at the drive through, because they decided to close their store at 21h30 even when it's written that they close their doors at 22h00,we didn't have a choice but to go via drive through to get our food.Do business owners that their employees close shops way too early.. Shouldn't they wait for atleast all the orders to be collected before closing...After these,I just pulled out to nearby garage, bought food to eat after they dissapointed us.
I write this and I'm still waiting for my order..KFC Medunsa,close that KFC aowa..I got here at 10h05 placed an order..11h04 , I'm still waiting for my order.. Mind you I'm on duty,my tea break is from 10h00 till 11h00..I won't even have time eat after these...See me here,kill me!!!!!!
Can someone please investigate this people and have them arrested... Because they are ****ming South Africans on daily basis by promising them things and taking their money.There's a lot of people complaining about the company and banks are also taking their time to assist clients with this ****mers.Those who have been ****med by this people, contact the Ombudsman,fill in forms and send them for investigation and also for you Cyber security.All that works at this firm should be detained, assets seised.A lot of people have been complaining about them and I see people haven't been getting help..
On the 16/10/2025..I was at work,I work a 12 hr shift..I ordered food for my son via Mr D delivery my bill was R300,then after ordering,I called my son and told him to expect food..But when the driver came,he called and told me that he was outside,I explained to him that I was at work,the food was for my son...I politely asked him to deliver at the door as maybe he's resting on the couch..He refused.I called him him again asking him to drop at the corner as I spoke to someone to pick them from him,he refused.I then asked him to leave at the outlet then I will fetch on my way back from work.He dropped the call on my ear,no response.After a while I get an email saying my order was cancelled because they couldn't get hold of me.. What I want to know is,Mr D how is the food supposed to reach the customer?Is it by them just standing in the streets?Or by the door step? Because I don't believe customers stays in the streets..The driver told me that he's not allowed to deliver at the door step..So,as a client,do I stay on the streets???Moving on...I was only refunded half of what I originally paid,is this fair?? especially because I kept engaging with the driver who reported that he couldn't get hold of me..I called him many times with my own personal mobile phone.Now I'm told that they won't refund my other R150..
When we got there at 09h50,it was still not open while they were inside looking at us,no apology,no note on the door to inform us about the delay in opening..S lady even knocked on the glass door to inform them that she already ordered online, what's the delay especially because they are supposed to open at 09h30... They just looked at her, after a few minutes a lady came to the door and just said,we are going to be opened in a few minutes..She even left without taking her order.I came here a couple of times, the service is poor and the manager doesn't take people's complaints seriously.
The place is super clean,warm,private and homely..The host is very friendly.The place literally offer you value for your money.They really went beyond my expectations..
Great experience with two of their consultants and I think they are the best.. Friendly, helpful and best client reassurance..Alice and Ridwaan, they really deserve a 5..And they make the best team..💯💯
Nedbank home loans department are the most dishonest people you can ever come across.2018 my parents settled their home loan, they didn't even bother to explain the procedure to them.In fact, one of the bank consultant told my parents that they have a refund of R50k,which he helped them to apply for and approve..Months later they were send threatening letters telling them that they shouldn't have taken the money if they don't pay back the money the house will be repossessed..How do you do that to elderly couple??So,this is the manner that they use to make sure people loose their houses after years of paying bond..I'm still going to take this matter to Rea Tsotella at Moja Love so that they are exposed.This is pure evil..
On the 11/03/2024,on my way to Pretoria I made a quick stop at BP garage at Waterfall Mall worse mistake ever. At the cashier I came across a name by the name Pertunia, now this lady is super rude.I wanted to buy an antifreeze for my car.When I got to the till,I asked her how much was the antifreeze, she used another till to check the price, it was R153.00.I took my card trying to pay, then she told me not to tap my card,advised me to insert,I told her that I made setting for tapping, she then told me that it was going to decline, the machine doesn't tap..I went to the ATM just outside the kiosk, withdraw the money to come back and pay.To my shock,another customer was paying with the card, I asked her, why is the other client paying with the card whereas she refused for me to pay with the card..She gave me a very lousy excuse..She became so rude even informing me that "I mustn't teach her,her job,she's been doing it for years "Very rudely so..I stepped out to proceed to my car, When I got to the car I sent my daughter inside to buy some snacks for the road, when my daughter got inside, apparently she was mocking me making fun of me and some of her ***orkers not knowing that my daughter was inside the shop.This lady should be suspended without payment..She doesn't deserve to be in that position..As a customer, I felt disrespected,belittle..
