I have been assisted by Renault Rosebank the lady has promised me one thing after the deal was finalized she has changed her story. She was so rude to me and even said she's gonna block me from WhatsApp. It's a shame the way Renault treats there customers. Carter has promised me one thing, after I finalize the deal something else was now said this is so unprofessional from them. **** promises and poor service as well
The worst place to try and study... Last year I applied and got rejected due to space and this year again its really sad cause I don't have the funds to study and unisa is the only place that allows nsfas to fund and every year when I'm trying I'm getting declined due to place its so frustrating
On Thursday the 18th of March I went to Alberton union hospital because my sister was sick, when I went to xray I was helped by a lady named Kelly I explained to her that I didn't have the funds to do the test she than told me it was okay that I can pay it monthly... When I went to pick up the result that night a guy helped me and refused to give me the results saying that I need to pay, I explained him that Kelly had helped me and she said I could pay this off monthly as I do not have any money at the moment. The next morning I got a call from Kelly telling me that I was suppose to pay for it and she did not tell me that I can pay this off... She was a big liar... How can I pay for results that I do not have... How unprofessional is the people working for this company... It's so sad that when you sick and people tend to frustrate you and speak lies... If I was suppose to pay upfront why was the money not taken immediately?
Vodacom has the shake everyday its sad that I kept buying shakes and got the puzzle pieces but it keeps saying I've already collected this puzzle piece. Vodacom are big time liars and not to be trusted it's actually very sad what they doing to their customers.
I ordered a pizza at 18:14 online, it's already 8pm and my order hasn't arrived, we got a call from the manager now asking us if we ordered and how we gonna pay for the order and after that he cut the call on my ears... They were more worried about the money than delivering my pizza after that they tell me that they do not deliver after 6pm to my area... This is so unprofessional and unethical
I have ordered food from ubereats at machachos Norwood for my boyfriend, when the driver got there he called me when I told him go to the outside depot where my boyfriend is working he cut the call and cancelled my order. I want my money back from uber eats
Customer service was excellent... Even the waiter was very pleasant and was so helpful
My father came in today to Sausage Saloon he was waiting by the chair the manager Nhlanhla Mthambeni shouted at my father and chased him away... He asked her not to be rude and she said she can do what she wants if she wants to be rude she can be rude and no one will do her nothing we can even go ahead and put a complaint against her shes not scared. Is that how a manager conducts herself. She needs to be trained again and learn how to treat customers
I sent through my provident forms to GTC everytime I called them they give me different days for the money to be processed, when I asked to speak to the manager they always saying that his not available. I'm tired of begging for my own money. I told them it's urgent as I'm the soul supporter at home. This is so unprofessional.
I went for conciliation today, the Commissioner kept interrupting when I was talking. She took the companies side and told them that they can log a case against me. She undermined me and did like I know nothing... She kept going on infront of the company that my case it weak and that if I lose at abitration I won't be able to find another job. Wasn't ccma suppose to be helping both parties come to a conclusion.
