Sanlam claims my debit order failed, but my bank shows no attempt was made. I’ve spent over 25 minutes on hold multiple times trying to get help. I even had to buy airtime twice just to keep trying, only for the call to drop again. This is the second time this has happened. I’m done. I’ve asked for the policy to be cancelled. Terrible service.
I’m disappointed with the service my husband received at Kia Paarden Eiland. He wasn’t greeted politely at all. The person who helped him was cold and unresponsive. What made it worse was seeing how warmly other (white) customers were being treated, laughing and chatting comfortably with the sales staff while he was made to feel unwelcome and ignored. It was a painful and frustrating experience. Everyone deserves to be treated with the same respect and friendliness, no matter who they are. This left a bad impression.
I wanted to share an experience I had with Liquid Capital's customer service recently. I reached out to inquire about a double deduction issue I had encountered with my account. As I was explaining the situation to the consultant, she began speaking over me, which made it difficult for me to convey the details effectively. Politely, I interjected to let her know that I was still speaking and proceeded to explain the sequence of events that had unfolded over the past few months. Unfortunately, instead of showing understanding or patience, the consultant exhibited a noticeable attitude. She abruptly requested that I email her my bank statements for further review, which I promptly did. However, when she received the statements, she expressed frustration because my bank could only provide statements for the past six months, whereas she had requested four. Subsequently, she phoned me in a manner that can only be described as rude, stating that we would need to go through all the pages of the statements to identify the dates when debit orders were processed. Frankly, I found this approach quite astonishing, as it is part of her job responsibilities to handle such matters with professionalism and efficiency.
I would like to voice my continue frustration. Posting on several platforms for now what’s seems like a case of theft…I provided your driver with both returned packages (even took photos). You guys are disregarding the fact that I have the proof because your driver says otherwise. I have used up more than R200 airtime trying to call your contact center and no one bothers calling me back. I am now going to the police station and opening up a case of theft. Is this how your company flourishes? By *****ing back packages? Wel done Superbalist. Well done
If I could give less than one star I would!!!! I have two contracts with MTN. One expires in March and the other one expires now in June. I was informed to cancel my contracts 20 days before expiration date. Which I did for both contracts. I received an email for the one on the 8 of April 2022 that it has been successfully cancelled. The second contract I was billed this month twice my contract amount. Which I also received an email that it was cancelled. I have been on call with them for the past two days. The one transfers me to the billing department then the retention department then the cancellation department. Like what the hell man! And customer service has the audacity to ask me why I am cancelling lol! Bladdy ridiculous.
Terrible service delivery! My boyfriend ordered a car cover. Opened it and found that there were holes in the cover. He requested a return and was only refunded for the price of the item and not the shipping. Even though shipping is only R60…it was a faulty item and now he has to purchase another car cover whilst paying shipping again!
If I could rate it less than zero stars I would. I have waited two weeks for Tshirts that I had ordered. Those T shirts would have been gifts for Christmas. I was promised via email that I would receive my orders before Christmas. Yet her I am still waiting! It is bladdy ridiculous
I’ve purchased 3 items on the MRP app for the first time. Using the SID instant payment method I was redirected to my banking app to authorize the payment. When payment was authorized the money was deducted out of my banking account. I checked the app to get my order number and proceed the process, it stated “invalid address”. Mind you the money was already taken out of my account. With that whole experience I have contacted numerous people of Mr Price. I spoke to Yvonne, Zintle as well as Thembelihle but to no help, they apparently can’t see such a transaction. I have sent my bank statements to them as proof that I paid for these items! Their services are pathetic! I am so upset.

I sent my cousin a training opportunity that sell direct marketing was advertising on indeed.com. She is a single and unemployed mom who has borrowed money to go to this training that sell direct marketing was advertising. As stated in the adverti*****t upon completion she would receive a certificate of completion. Knowing that this is not much she just wanted to add it to her CV. With hope that it would attract recruiters to look at her CV. After multiple phone calls and emails Layla (the recruiter) did not respond once. On when she might receive this said certificate of attendance. My cousin cannot even add to her cv as she has no proof of attending this training. She however has proof of the false adverti*****t. Also emails LAYLA had sent her. You should be ashamed by how you falsely advertise these training programs. I would be sure to make this known in case you take other willing people for ride!
