Tfg is a ****/*****sters
I am very disappointed with Tfg money account, today 15 November 2025, I have received an email welcoming me to Tfg money account, when I called to inquire about what was happening since I did not open any account. I was informed that an application was done online and approved and I asked why was there no communication prior to the account being used and how was the person committing ***** with my name approved without any communication from my side but they were able to send communication only when the ***** was already committed. Tfg is very ***********, if someone can have a **** identity document and still be assisted then I must say their security system is very useless. It does not protect anyone.

I wish there was a zero rating star, LA HEALTH has frustrated me so much I don’t even know what to say, how can I have so much money on my savings and yet I don’t have any on over the counter medication. When did they change the rules because the reason I am with them is because, they put your money on one basket for you to use as needed. It’s April and I cannot even buy pain medication or vitamins, I just can’t wait to change medical aid. It’s just a ****🚮

Infact there should be a zero rating, Nedbank is the worst bank. They are *****sters, ****mers, I deposited money into my Acc on 04 April 2025, money was reflecting on my account, woke up on 05 April 2025 checked my account to do some transaction and the money is no longer there, now on a negative, it does not even reflect on the statement of account. Where did the money go to🤦♀️mind you this is a new account, no debit orders none whatsoever.

Incompetence
I have been contacting Sanlam from 15 Nov 2024 to change my surname on their portal up to today 17 Feb 2025, they have not done so 🚮. Their call centre agents will send you from pillar to post with no resolution, phone calls you hold for hours without being answered and when you finally go through, the agents have no knowledge of how to assist, it’s just too frustrating. I’m left with regrets of why I chose sanlam. When choosing your retirement plan just don’t bother with them, they are very ***********

I have received the worst experience ever, I don’t think it’s a legit business. I paid R23 000 cash for their motor warranty a year ago and today I am in serious need of their services and I am being told my identity number does not reflect on their system, I just want my refund back

I called Cartrack for cancellation a month ago but to my suprise they still deducted my hard earned money and came up with the story that I had to give 20 working days of which I did. Stay away from Cartrack , they are not helpful at all,

Old Mutual Car has sent an sms claiming that my car has no cover until it has been inspected by autoboys. I have no problem with that, but then ,if you knew that I was not covered why have you been deducting premiums from my account. The issue is simple, if there is no cover then don’t take my hard earned money. You’ve been taking money from my account from the past 3-4 months and never said anything today you dare tell me that I’m not covered, what kind of **** are you running?

FNB is a Nightmare
FNB is really messing up my life, please I need assistance from anyone here that can assist me. FNB has listed my name on credit bureaus. Everytime I communicate with them, they always ask for credit report of which I have already sent to them on numerous occasions but still nothing is being done. I can’t get credit from anywhere as they have listed me that I owe them whereas I do not, they have sent a paid up letter of which I do not understand, why would you send a paid up letter when I never even owed you in a first place, why list my name where as you don’t know how to remove it. I’m done with FNB, they just don’t care about their clients. They have sent from pillar to post 🚮

Unfair treatment
What seems to be a problem resolving my issue? Why would you place someone on credit bureaus when they don’t owe you anything, I have been pleading with FNB now for a longest time to remove my name from credit bureaus. You sent a paid up letter on something that I never even owed. Please I’m begging you remove my name, you are destroying my life.
