Excellent service at Proscan Radiology
This radiology facility in Umhlanga has a very warm and welcoming staff. The radiographer ( Kishen, I think) is excellent. He keeps the patient at ease, comforting and reassuring the patient at all times. I was amazed at the service we received.

Misleading advert
Tha advertised product and the goods supp**** are not the same. I ordered a combo deal : Hisense gas hob + chimney. I took a picture of the advert with another phone, since the site restricts one from taking a screenshot. They supp**** a hob only. On enquiring, all they said was log a return. They did not guarantee that I would get the combo deal. The advert with the combo deal is no longer there.

Unfair pricing
Steers are charging R10 extra for a veg burger. This means that it costs R69.90 as opposed to a beef burger which costs R59.90. Why the extra charge?

Sasko bread with added rodents
I used to buy Sasko bread often, but stopped when I read about the rodents found in the bread. There were no updates from Sasko about what investigations where done to find the cause of the infestation.The diligence of the workers in a food environment is of utmost importance. Have any interventions been put in place to ensure that this doesn't happen again? I want assurances before I purchase again.

The Great Steers catch!
I went to buy their famous Wacky Wednesday tonight but was surprised when they charged an extra R10 for a veg patty. They charge that for chicken also, but not beef. What's up Steers? This is a rip-off!

Nandos-The Great Pretender
Nandos used to be our favourite go to restaurant. The reason was that they had the greatest range of plant based foods, also called The Great Pretender meals. One can imagine how we, as vegetarians, enjoyed that! Even the kids had their favourite meals. Sadly, the Great Pretender meals have been discontinued. No reason was tendered and we are not happy about that. It's not easy to get vegetarian meals that kids enjoy, but those were a hit with them. Nandos would be my favourite restaurant again if they reintroduce the plant based meals.

Poor Quality Verimark
<div>We received a set of Bauer pots about a year ago as a gift. The screws on all the handles have rusted. The pots look disgusting. So much for their highly acclaimed cookware. Verimark says that the handles are not under warranty. We have a set of pots purchased for one third the price of Bauer about 5 years ago. The screws on those pots are still shiny silver. I want Verimark to see this! If Verimark believe in their cookware, they should do the right thing and replace those rusted screws at no charge. In fact they should recall all those pots and do a free repair. I will not recommend their products if they do nothing about my pots. I await a call from their manager. </div>

Defy part not availabke
My Defy dishwasher door mechanism has broken. Whe I enquired at their approved agent, I was told that they do not have that cable in stock. They have to order the part and I have to wait 3 weeks. This is unacceptable. It is year end and we need the washer more now than before. It is lying dismantled in the kitchen. Are they forcing me to buy a new dishwasher? If I do buy another guess what make it wouldn't be? Source the part Defy and have a happy customer!

Kulula unfair
I purchased flights on Kulula in March to fly in Easter but could not be used because of the lockdown. I now wish to use it since they started flying again, only to be told that I can use it in Jan 2021. They have been unfair since the lockdown. They have refused a refund and now want to dictate when it can be used. Do the right thing Kulula and refund me cost of flight plus interest(since I can't fly when I want to). Tickets are of no use to me now.
