Ever since Meta AI took over all the social media platforms including WhatsApp, my account has been under review twice now for nothing. They claim it's because I broke one of their stupid rules, but all I've ever done is just talk to people nothing more. But clearly that's not allowed anymore
I was a little behind on my bill for the WiFi. But I finally paid the full amount due early this morning. But now no one from their accounting department had confirmed that they received my payment. Yet again a perfect example, just interested in getting their money and not interested in helping me get my Internet back online.
Specifically cash crusaders. I ordered a game last night and paid for it online. It showed it was in stock, so tell me how long can it take to get one tiny game ready for pickup???
I'm writing this review on behalf of my friend. She was asked to work at the Love Expo that was held at the end of November. It's now literally a month later and those stupid losers haven't paid her and on top of that they gave her off chicken which resulted in food poisoning. Is this seriously how people are treated these days. Get off your fat rich asses and pay the people who did the work 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. The person she's talking to by the way who claims they didn't make any money, his name is Calvin.
I ordered a cool looking knife from Takealot to add to my collection. I ordered it on the 24th of Dec, they said I can expect it by Saturday the 27th. So naturally I expect it to be shipped today on the 26th so I can get tomorrow right. Nope nothing has been shipped yet, so I think they'll probably delay it and I'll receive it late.
I've tried to sign up with you guys for a while now and every time I tried to pay for the first month it won't go through. Your sign up process is ****, which is a compliment for a South African streaming service. When I had DSTV the sign up was flawless, but now that I want to use your services independently it sucks ass. Fix it before you lose customers like DSTV did. Come on, sign up for Netflix, prime and Disney plus is way easier.
This is getting ridiculous now, I app**** for a loan with them like a week ago. They approved it only a few days ago, I filled out the approval letter but I haven't heard back from them at all regarding the money transfer or when to expect it. I'm suspecting that this whole damn thing might just be a ****.
I'm not very happy with them right now. They charged me R94 on a transaction that was banked late by the merchant even though I had enough funds to cover it. Now they're refusing to reverse this stupid charge of theirs 😡😡😡😡. I want it reversed NOW
My last and final review about Vox's customer service. Over the past few months and days actually, my experience with them has not been great. Like I said past months, they switched off my account because I was late on a payment. After I paid I had to argue with them for 3 almost 4 days to put me back on because they *****ed up and BTW I was treated very poorly. Fast forward to now, my debit didn't go through in time because my salary wasn't paid in time. So naturally they kept harassing me over the stupid money although I already made an EFT at this point. But the harassment wasn't about the monthly fee, no it was about their stupid debit rejection fee R35.31, obviously threatened to switch off my account yet again. You believe it over R35.31, all they care about is money not their customers.
Yet another great experience from Vox telecom. Always a problem with them, my debit order failed yet to my boss paying me late. Yet I made a payment at midnight into my account at Vox because I wanted to prevent them from shutting me down again. But no these guys can't be bothered to check their bank account to see that I did pay, so naturally they're threatening to shut my services down.
