Bad service
Good day My husband and I were very unhappy with our stay First we had very bad service from the restaurant the rifts grill and bar Both evenings we waited over an hour for a simple malva pudding The staff was very disrespectful my husband asked for the bill they walked passed him waiting another 45 mins until he demanded it( this was an issue of race as all black customers came n went n were served politely. This was not the first stay at this hotel where we experienced the same treatment from the restaurant. Secondly we stayed in room 337 the first evening which was okay we moved the next day to a family room 650 in which we found hair in the bathtub as if someone was shaving and all the tiny hair was stuck the bath tub also had brown stains and the dresser was sticky. We immediately called n the manager came to inspect n we were told it would be cleaned. Only an hour later someone came to clean! Lastly reception staff was so rude again waiting for 45 mins to pay the bill and rudely questioned if we paid! For a southern this was horrible service, never did we ever experience such bad service at any hotels throughout South Africa as we frequent travellers I hope you can address this issue

Nandos over everything
Thank you nandos for always being so efficient and effective and always getting back to your customers. We were not happy with our food at the nandos in goldreef city and after I brought it up the manager got back to me I was not given the same meal as ordered but we were given half a chicken which was done to perfection and nandos standard. Thank you nandos Will definitely be back for me

Nandos gold reef
This is my second time eating nandos at Gold Reef City n the chicken was very bad Requested extra sauce nothing The chicken was hard The staff was friendly and apologized but food was not great will not go back again to nandos gold reef city

Blocked from all social media They are daylight ******s Please brides don’t be ****med by them They will speak so nicely to you They will bring one dress to show you N after u pay, they will never give u the same treatment nor dress nor refund you Disgusting

Terrible service
I contacted one stop travel twice for a quote on an overseas holiday, on both attempts my contact details were taken , I received no feedback hence I have written to them a complaint and sent it via a social media platform in which they responded saying they will query what had happened until today nothing has been done n no one even called They keep on advertising but their service is absolutely horrible I would not recommend you use them @onestoptravel stop advertising if you can not meet the needs of consumers

Nedbank incompetent staff
Once again nedbank is very incompetent and not professional. I was at nedbank mall of the south and a lady left her art in the atm machine . I informed the security to call her he just sat down in his chill zone i than took the card inside in which the lady was utmost rude . Really need staff training and hire competent people!!

Poor service at bmw joburg city

Yummiest ever
It’s definitely worth the hype!! Definitely a 10/10 The steak was absolutely amazing and not even badly priced. Dessert was scrumptious! Presentation was picture perfect as well as the quick and efficient service. Absolutely loved it can’t wait to go again🌸

Poor service at Mangwanani pivot
I’m very disappointed at Mangwanani pivot 😢I was there on Saturday and the service was extremely poor from the duty manager to the massages and the staff. I have not experienced this at river vally in which I thoroughly had a good experience . I wish Mangwanani piviot can do some personal training at that branch Very disappointed

More service and staff
I was at the store in sandton city they only had two assistants on the floor in which were at the tellers , I waited for about 15 mins until one of the cashiers walked away to tell a lady she can’t enter with a trolly I than asked for help and he said his still busy which I understand but there needs to be more staff at the store The store lost out business as I was there to buy quite abit of stuff
