Disappointment of a service
absolutely terrible customer service, I called in to ask for an extension on picking up my order due to the fact that i work so late and cannot reach on time and yet a simple request cannot be fulfilled. Absolutely disappointing.0 replies

Bad customer service !
I booked an accommodation for 16th & 17th December two separate bookings were made upon arrival air-conditioning was not working therefore management allowed a full refund which was to be processed within 14 days I received only one night refunded and the second still has not come through nor have I received any feedback from Agoda despite the hotel confirming the amount refunded.0 replies

Not accessible midnight data
Cellc has a 6 month data bundle that I buy which includes day and midnight data however my midnight data never gets used at midnight and my day data gets used up its really frustrating this is supposed to make customers lives easier but it works out more expensive because I have to constantly buy more data6 replies

Tgf worst online shopping experiences recently.
I placed an order on the 26th online, after waiting on the 29th the order status changed to out on delivery. Only to have it later shown as delivered but I have not received it. After waiting on the line for a while customer service just drop the line. This was a birthday present I needed this weekend.1 reply
