They do not honour sales as advertised and nowhere online does it state that it is an online-only sale. Representative stated that Clicks has a disclaimer that they hide behind to get away with not complying with the Consumer Act. I am very disappointed
One star is actually too 1 too many. Placed my order with Shein on 06th November, paid customs on 11th November. Received an email on 29th Novemeber confirming my package was sent. Today is 04th December. I can't get through on the landlines, the cell number goes straight to voicemail. No replies to emails sent. I had to buy new outfits locally as it was for a wedding and part of my order are party bags for a creche Christmas party happening on Monday, 09th December. This has been the worst experience ever.
Atlantus Mall. Placed an online order for delivery at 1744. I got a sms that confirmed my food would be ready for delivery at 18h24. My food was delivered at 19h30,. The food was cold and I did not get the beverages that I ordered and paid for. I am very disappointed
I have been experiencing problems with my dstv mobile app. I tried their whatsapp, but no provision made for per 0, per 1 or per 2 error code. Called their call center and was asked to clear cache on app which I did. Also requested that I delete and reinstall app - done, was then put on hold and eventually call was cut. App is still a problem and DSTV does not seem to know what the problem is. The last thing the consultant said was that she was going to check whether it could be my cell phone that was the problem. ??? Seriously? We have the full package and one would think that you would get the service that you pay for. I am considering cancelling. I don't have these issues with Netflix.

I have had a very bad experience with UberEats and KFC Bothasig. Ordered 10 zinger wings and a 21 piece bucket. Received 3 single meals instead. Called UberEats and KFC but no one was able or willing to assist. Went to KFC where the manager refused to assist. Called UberEats who confirmed that the delivery guy started 3 days ago and that we had to wait 24 hours before we could get assisted. So I am out of pocket and no food. This was my first time using UberEats but it is also my last. Horrible service from both parties.

I bought a bedset from the store in Atlantis. My husband made full payment for it on Tuesday, 03 March 2020 and was told that it would be delivered the next day. They advertise same day delivery but we accepted that. We asked that they please call us as my husband is 5 min away from home when they do come to deliver. We received a call from the store on Wednesday, 04 Mar to be informed that the bedset would be delivered on Thursday. Apparently they came to deliver on Thursday, but we never got a call. The store called again to confirm that delivery would now take place on Saturday. The bedset was delivered around 13h00 and we asked them to take it straight to the bedroom. After they had left we discovered that we received the wrong bedset. We called the store who informed us that the warehouse was closed and that we would only be assisted on Monday. I will never again make use of this store as the service has been poor to say the least.
I am so disgusted with the service delivery of Game Bayside. Bought a dishwasher on Sunday 01 December and still waiting for delivery. Have been given 3 different delivery dates and still haven't received it. I had to call the store every time. Staff very incompetent. Spoke to store manager as well, but still they can't stick to delivery dates. Had to pay R200 delivery fee. Would have been easier arranging delivery myself. I have bought quite a few large appliances from Game Bayside in the past, but they have lost a customer
